Super clean and friendly staff

Breakfast, location, lovely and helpful staffs, family hotel

Room size and quality was great. Excellent service from the staff, especially the receptionist.

The staff was exceptionally proactive, anticipating and responding to every need we had—even helping us locate a lost cell phone. They truly excel at guiding guests to enjoy and explore the stunning beauty of the Albanian Riviera.

Ocean views are not what you might imagine; there is only a sliver of an ocean view. Their bar only accepts cash, but given the rest of the positives, it is not a big deal.

Brand new and super clean

- Modern and Clean Rooms: The rooms are a major highlight, described as modern, clean, and feeling brand new. - Excellent Location: The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the popular Ksamil Beach.

-Disappointing Sea View: The "sea view" rooms have a view primarily of abandoned houses, which may be misleading. - Pool Area: The pool is exposed to the north, losing sun by 3 PM. It is also crowded due to being shared with other apartments, and the noise from ball games makes it difficult to relax. - Overpriced: The reviewer felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities and experience provided.

The hotel was very clean, the pool was excellent, the location of the hotel is very good, the owners are very kind and always smiling, my car was big and did not fit in the garage, the car was insured by the owner in another garage next to the hotel, all respect and appreciation I had a great time with my children, I highly recommend it, especially for families

Parking was very steep. Not sufficient toiletries.

We had a nice stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Thanks to Pamela we had a comfortable stay. Positives: Air condition is new and strong. We could see the sunset from our balcony The pool water is tempered and feels smoothing after a day on the beach. Breakfast is delicious and quite ok. I had fried eggs and vegetables/fruits and juice and coffee. Pamela in front desk is almost always there and she is attentive and very serviceminded The hotel is superclean and everything is new. The hotel is newly built. Hotel location is good, close to beach and close to restaurants. We walked around Ksamil, no need for taxi. Shower water pressure is good, the shower handle pressure varies a bit but nothing that disturbs. The rainfall shower is nice. Shower water temperature is good and can be hot if wanted to Bed is comfortable, not too soft or hard. Two pillows per person is provided. New towels is provided every day. Late checkout is possible but not guaranteed. The color of hotel is mainly white and it feels clean and fresh.

The hotel was spotless in fact immaculate. Staff are always cleaning. Very quite hotel no noise in the day or night.

Wasn’t keen on the buffet not to my taste. And coffee wasn’t for me.

Nice size room. Good location. Value for money.

Lift is very slow and like a hot box. The pool is shared with the apartments next door so gets really busy so can’t really enjoy the pool some times there is no loungers due to them being taken. The bathroom door is frosted glass so the light from the bathroom window shines though so bright and lights the whole room up.

New and clean. Underground parking.

Our room was literally 2 meters away from reception on ground floor. Breakfast was very poor, selection and execution. Almost camp style :/

Everything was great , from the room to the staff and all the comforts . The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and evey need of ours was met,as well as the bed was so comfortable. The staff was always there to help with any questions we had , the breakfast was magnificent and every other detail was sublime . We had . 100% coming again to this hotel . Highly recommended.

Excelent location , cleaniing from all facilities was amazing l think you can eat in the floor it was amazing the cleaness of the facilities friendly employees good food and goo swiming pool

I think that they can improve the quality of the Coffee i had 1 stay also in another hotel in ksamil in 2024 and they have a coffee machine that ypu can drink a expresso not a coffe from coffee pot also i saw that they have a cofee machine in swiming pool bar why they dont give coffee from the machine to the clients its way better
