Ocean views are not what you might imagine; there is only a sliver of an ocean view. Their bar only accepts cash, but given the rest of the positives, it is not a big deal.

The staff was exceptionally proactive, anticipating and responding to every need we had—even helping us locate a lost cell phone. They truly excel at guiding guests to enjoy and explore the stunning beauty of the Albanian Riviera.

The hotel was very clean, the pool was excellent, the location of the hotel is very good, the owners are very kind and always smiling, my car was big and did not fit in the garage, the car was insured by the owner in another garage next to the hotel, all respect and appreciation I had a great time with my children, I highly recommend it, especially for families

We had a nice stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Thanks to Pamela we had a comfortable stay. Positives: Air condition is new and strong. We could see the sunset from our balcony The pool water is tempered and feels smoothing after a day on the beach. Breakfast is delicious and quite ok. I had fried eggs and vegetables/fruits and juice and coffee. Pamela in front desk is almost always there and she is attentive and very serviceminded The hotel is superclean and everything is new. The hotel is newly built. Hotel location is good, close to beach and close to restaurants. We walked around Ksamil, no need for taxi. Shower water pressure is good, the shower handle pressure varies a bit but nothing that disturbs. The rainfall shower is nice. Shower water temperature is good and can be hot if wanted to Bed is comfortable, not too soft or hard. Two pillows per person is provided. New towels is provided every day. Late checkout is possible but not guaranteed. The color of hotel is mainly white and it feels clean and fresh.

Wasn’t keen on the buffet not to my taste. And coffee wasn’t for me.

The hotel was spotless in fact immaculate. Staff are always cleaning. Very quite hotel no noise in the day or night.

Lift is very slow and like a hot box. The pool is shared with the apartments next door so gets really busy so can’t really enjoy the pool some times there is no loungers due to them being taken. The bathroom door is frosted glass so the light from the bathroom window shines though so bright and lights the whole room up.

Everything was great , from the room to the staff and all the comforts . The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and evey need of ours was met,as well as the bed was so comfortable. The staff was always there to help with any questions we had , the breakfast was magnificent and every other detail was sublime . We had . 100% coming again to this hotel . Highly recommended.

I think that they can improve the quality of the Coffee i had 1 stay also in another hotel in ksamil in 2024 and they have a coffee machine that ypu can drink a expresso not a coffe from coffee pot also i saw that they have a cofee machine in swiming pool bar why they dont give coffee from the machine to the clients its way better

Astonishing ocean view. Very clean room and general interior. The english speaking staff was very friendly. Impressive breakfast buffet with fried eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, cirn flakes, fresh fruit and vegetables, good strong coffee, etc. The pool was very clean and there was no competition for pool chairs.

It is a brand new hotel, very clean and close to the beach, restaurants and bars, but it is still quiet. The breakfast was also delicious and variable. Easy to park with a car.

Our room with the sea views was just perfect. This was a very modern room, very spacious with a balcony. The bed was very comfy, bathroom was also very modern and clean. Breakfast had a multiple options, everything was very fresh and delicious, certainly they know how to host. The staff was very helpful. My partner had a little accident close to the beach as she slipped and felt down so we went back to the hotel and the staff in the hotel provided first aid which was perfect and efficient. Very satisfied with the staff, service and quality.
