Our recent stay did not meet expectations. While we reserved a room with a sea view, the view was obstructed by the restaurant tables. Furthermore, several amenities were either missing or non-functional. Finally, the hotel's exchange rate resulted in a higher-than-expected final bill.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to the beach. The breakfast was good and abundant.

Service was not great but was friendly - maybe because it is the end of season... Strange 'silly' rules list in bedroom! Awful coffee at breakfast and nice coffee chargeable, strange when there is a coffee machine supplied in the room.

Lovely big room, comfy bed and nice pool. Good position for the beach. Excellent sunset spot.

The breakfast didn’t have many choices and it was cheap for the money we paid, and the breakfast were the same everyday. For the luxury hotel it is known and the money we paid the sun beds were cheapest thing you can get, very uncomfortable.

The room was modern and very beautiful. The cleaning lades were very kind and their room cleaning were perfect.

The hotel had so many rules such as no eating in the rooms and the receptionist could have been more warm and friendly. However, we did appreciate that she let us check out early in the morning. This location is far from the main city center but we did enjoy being close to the beach.

The hotel was beautiful especially our room. The hotel restaurant food was good too especially the pizza and dessert. I also liked that we were near the beach and had reserved cabanas.

The restaurant was very expensive and many of the staff didn't seem to know what was going on... mostly looking confused. That put us off a bit. We had breakfast included and ordered two cappuccinos, later finding out that they were not part of breakfast and we owed €6 for them. I've not been to a hotel breakfast charging extra for coffee, so felt a bit harsh. Plus we weren't informed we were going to be charged for them when we ordered. The location means you need a taxi to Dhermi (walk would be about an hour, and up hill) but there's a few nice little places by the hotel so you don't have to leave.

There was one girl on reception who was amazing. She really went out of her way to help us. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. It was nice being right on the beach front.

Hotel was closing for staff holidays in the week after and you could clearly see it and feel it. Services should be maintained at the same level even though it is low season.

When checking in there was a list of ‘rules’ as such, this included fines, such as towels being left on the floor was a €20 fine. This was deductible from the €50 cash deposit they request at check in. This didn’t seem the norm across Albanian hotels and I’ve never had it at others across the world. Upon check out they did a check of your room to ensure none of the ‘rules’ were broken before returning the cash deposit.

This property is in a nice location right over the road from the beach, they also have the loungers on the beach to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Breakfast was ok, but was charged for coffees which seemed a bit much when spending over $100 a night. The reception area doesn't do justice to the rest of the hotel and could do with a refresh. Pool bar wasnt open which was shame. Service in restaurant wasn't good. The staff weren't rude, but quality was poor. They were all just standing around on their phones during service, and at one point put a TV on to watch football.

The hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely view. The restaurant is nice in the evening and the pool is lovely. The room was really nice and very clean.

Loud music at night coming from the beach bar (they turn it off around midnight but can be a problem for sensitive ppl) Elevator not working forced up to go up and own on the staircase with the baby stroller. It was only one floor so not a deal breaker.

You ask for an iron, they tell you they only have three and guests have not returned them, like I am paying for justifications. The pools did not look very clean. Surrounding area looks like a war zone. Sinks in the beautiful bathroom were too small and too low. Wardrobe too small for long dresses. Noisy guests. Too pricey for what's offered overall.

The style, or at least most of it. Staff is nice, but needs lots of further training. Location is great for Google Maps. Breakfast was good enough.

it felt very much like opening season, didn’t really feel like the staff had quite yet nailed it. could do with looking at things from a customer viewpoint eg. nowhere to hang towels, no bin in the room, dirt behind the doors in the restaurant bathrooms (obviously had been cleaned but only with the doors open) no loungers by the pool (why?) or pool or beach bar not much of note in the area yet in terms of restaurants

It feels like the hotel was built of poor quality materials. The walls almost felt hallow and you could hear every door slam and guests in the next room talking and moving. They had open shelves for clothes that made the room feel like a dormitory and provided no hangers for clothes. The toilet also flushed so hard that water escaped and fell on the floor, even with the lid down. Overall not expected for 4 stars and price. Restaurant was good but overpriced offering no table water and bottles for 4€ Felt like a scam given the access to cheap water Albania has in the south. No one manages the “assigned” beach chairs which has room numbers on them. For the three days we stayed there someone was sitting in our chairs. Luckily it wasn’t so crowded so we sat elsewhere but it is clearly not being managed and it was not clear whether the Japanese restaurant where the chairs were was part of the hotel or not. Also we were constantly confronted by the Japanese restaurant staff for bringing our own food and drink. When we asked if they had the food or drinks we looked for they didn’t. It should be more clear that if you chose to take the chairs that come from the hotel you have to overspend eating Japanese food in a Mediterranean place. That wasn’t what I was looking for.

Great location, right in front of the beach and main stretch of road with other hotels and restaurants and shops. Design aesthetic was nice as well and tasteful. Chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are included and on-site restaurant was tasty however a bit overpriced. A lot of families around which is nice.

Definitely not worth what we paid and ultimately we felt a bit ripped off. The room was nice but had very annoying aspects like the AC (which turns off if you open the door to the balcony and is set to turn off at a certain temperature during the night, I had to get up three times to turn it back on). The room feels unfinished, with loose fixtures, patched walls, and a toilet that sprayed water everywhere. Additionally, we had a first-floor room and everyone at the pool can see right into your room - no privacy unless you close the curtains. We stayed at 5 hotels during our trip and this was the most expensive and the most disappointing. The beach chairs are not good quality, for what you are paying per night. Plus, breakfast was decent but you have to pay if you want a cappuccino or special coffee (very silly at $300 euros a night - maybe we were just ripped off).

The hotel is very pretty but is located in an undeveloped part of the beach. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly enough.

Everything!!! I had previously read the reviews before booking it but nothing really stood out. But please take this very seriously: there is no AC in the room, whoever genius designed the room made the AC controlled by sensor which means after 40min if there is no movement in the room it turns off. You know what that means in July with 40 degrees heat wave- it doesn't work when youre asleep. It was a constant hot box and they refused to refund us even though we told them this wasn't mentioned anywhere. The pool is a joke, right on the streets and disgusting and no room service so u cant get a bucket of ice beyond 9pm

1. Staff is not attentive at all, bad service, bad communication, messing up orders ext. 2. At the restaurant the waiter gave us a printed sheet with hand written prices as “a menu”. Also the food was below average for this place and the standard they claim to have. 3. The breakfast is A JOKE. They literally had nothing edible at the buffet, and you could only order eggs with 3-4 pieces of vegetables, and the lowest of quality of products overall. Regarding the price they have, the standard of the hotel, and considering it was fully booked during the weekend I don’t see how i can justify the bad service and overall bad experience here.

I liked the room (although we had to ask for toiletries since there was nothing inside the room), location and view from the room.
