The hotel is modern, clean and you have small markets nearby. They also have an underground parking which is perfect with the hot weather. The team is just awesome. The hotel was excellent – modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was top-notch: always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Guests have access to a pool and a private beach, which makes it the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the holiday. It was our first time in Albania, but we already know it won’t be the last! My recent stay at this hotel in was a really pleasant experience, especially for those looking for a quieter base to explore the area. What truly stands out here is the exceptional hospitality. The manager was incredibly friendly and genuinely sympathetic, always taking the time to check in and make sure guests were comfortable. This helpful attitude extended to the entire staff; they were consistently friendly, conversational, and genuinely seemed invested in our happiness. You could tell they really cared, which makes a big difference. The breakfast was a definite highlight. It wasn't just good, it was genuinely impressive. We enjoyed a wide variety, including four different pastries, around six different styles of eggs, plus fresh crepes and pancakes. The quality of the local cheese, yogurt, and fresh vegetables was excellent, providing a fantastic and hearty start to each day. Our room was a comfortable size, and the balcony view was stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of both the sea and the surrounding mountains, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. Water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent, great for quick refreshes, and the cleaning service was impeccable; our room was always spotless. The hotel's location is a plus if you prefer a quieter environment. It's set back from the main hustle but still conveniently located to access both Vlorë and Orikum. We found that a taxi to Vlorë typically cost around 20€, and to Orikum, it was a quick 7€ ride. While there were some great restaurants nearby, it's worth noting that their menus tended to be quite similar, so we didn't find a huge amount of variety if we ate out often. However, the hotel itself came to the rescue with fantastic sandwiches and a good selection of pizzas right on their menu. The common areas of the hotel were consistently spotless, clearly reflecting the staff's dedication to cleanliness throughout the property.

1) Refrigerator in the apartment had an issue and was heating and not cooling. But staff was very helpful and supportive. 2) Room was noisy (probably while bathrooms of other apartments were in use). If these issues are resolved, the hotel definetely would deserve the highest rate.

The thing we didnt like was that during our stay our bedroom was cleaned only once in 5 days. Sheets needed to be changed more often and cleaning the bedroom more often would make it better also there were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom.

The hotel is extremely modern and clean. The pool is large and sparkling, yet, it is deep for small kids ( even thought that does not seem to be a problem :). The beach is fantastic and clean, but there are several large stones in it that might hurt young children when entering. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the staff is probably the best thing about the place. Simply an amazing experience!

When we arrived there was a set of towels and balkony chairs missing. However, the staff dealt with this immediately! The drains in the shower and the sink were also not amazing, you couldn't open the shower or faucet all the way without flooding the bathroom. (However, we didn't contact the staff about this as it was simple enough to just use a bit less water)

The staff was absolutely amazing. Any problem we had was dealt with immediately! I can't thank the staff enough for giving us an amazing time! The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice. Furthermore it was really nice that the hotel had a private beach with beds, and when the sea isn't to your liking, the pool is also great! (the beds near the pool were absolutely amazing) The room was really clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The private parking was a huge benefit in such a heavily visited beach area.

i became sick and had to stay in bed for a whole day. i would have liked an extra pillow, but they didn’t have one, and couldn’t provide one. i thought that was strange for a hotel, not to have any extra pillows…. also: cleanliness in the shower could be better, there were some very unhygienic black stains.

the nice thing of this hotel is it’s location, with it’s own, private beach. the rooms are small but comfortable and have balconies. there is enough parking space. the bathrooms have both toilet and bidet, which i liked!

The bathroom was a little bit not functional. The water from while having a bath would all go outside and the plumbing from the sink needed work. The whole water while washing your hands was going outside.

The room was just like the pictures. Our room view was the mountain which was quite nice and calming. The staff was super nice, friendly and ready to support. The breakfast was also nice. You could choose whatever coffee you wanted (espresso, cappuccino, etc) and the waiter would prepare it. The hotel had a private beach and you didn’t have to take your car.

Wi-Fi was very bad in the rooms, it only worked for us in the lobby. The breakfast was ok but not great, the bread was dry and the “warm” dishes was cold. No salt on the eggs.

Comfortable hotel with great staff! The private beach is cosy with nice included sunbeds. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
