Malvina the host has been great with communication from time of booking until time to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment is on the fifth floor and they even have a basket to get your bags up and down so you don’t have to carry them. The apartment is walking distance to everything and has lovely water views.

The place is beautiful, very well located near the port, supermarket and other facilities. Malvina is very careful with every detail pinned down. Complementary coffee pods and all... Although its the tip floor of an apartment with no elevator, they've managed to make an mock elevator for the suitcases which is bomb! You can use the washing machine free of charge and even got a goodbye magnet! You won't regret staying at this place, it is superb!

Host Malvina couldnt of been more helpful with list of good dining places, beaches, trips 5☆host. We ferried across from Corfu not something we had done before but really easy. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the port. The only negative was the steps up to the apartment but we where both easily able to manage several times a day. There are pebble beaches literally opposite the apartment though sunbeds are 2000lek/ day. Great holiday and drinks and food very reasonable. If we returned i would have no hesitation in staying here again

Nothing, it was 10/10. I would note the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. It was fine for us, and they also had a luggage machine to bring luggage up, but just be mindful if you cannot walk up stairs this wouldn’t be suitable.

Very nice flat in a great location. Location is unbeatable, close to beaches and all activities yet remaining very quiet. The host, Malvina, is extremely helpful and efficient. She wants to make sure you are having a good time while visiting her town. The Airco during hot days was very appreciated and the balcony was so nice to relax.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no lift/elevator. This could be an issue for people with reduced mobility. However, they do have a winch for taking up luggage if you are travelling with large bags.

Nice and clean apartment within walking distance of the beach and the port (with ferries to Corfu). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful! Great option for staying in Sarandë.

Super apartments and very hospitable and nice hosts. The location is close to the sea, supermarket, port. The apartments have everything you need. Very clean, comfortable, cozy, thought out to the smallest detail. The hostess, at our request, provided all the necessary information about the city, restaurants, how to get to the apartment. I will be happy to come back here again and will recommend it to friends.

I stayed at 3S Apartments Sea-Sun-Sky for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for rest and relaxation — it’s close to beautiful beaches with incredibly clear water and set in a quiet area with almost no street noise. Ideal if you’re looking for peace and calm. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including a washing machine, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and great air conditioning in both rooms. It’s also beautifully decorated and feels warm and homey, unlike many hotel rooms that can feel a bit empty. Even if there’s something you might need, the communication with the host is excellent and she’s incredibly helpful. When I arrived, she brought me drinking water for the whole week, and later on, when I had a small emergency, she quickly helped me with what I needed. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back! 🌊☀️💙

A total must stay in Saranda! Malvina was just the best host and nothing was too much bother. Her communication was on point and really efficient. She even offered to pick me up from the bus station, what a treat! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and had everything you could need! Malvina provided a bottle of water and coffee capsules too. There was even free use of the washing machine, what a dream! It was spotlessly clean and instantly felt like home. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea that I loved while enjoying my breakfast. Even though there is no lift, they have an electric pulley system so your bag can be hoisted to the top, really clever! Close to some brilliant restaurants, the beach is 10 mins away and the supermarket is over the road, perfect! All in all, I loved my stay here and Malvina was just amazing!

The best and excellent host, extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to any queries we had as first timers in Albania! Apartment was in convenient location, well equipped, clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay!

73 steps up to the flat and no lift. (We got fantastic help up with the suitcases though!, big plus!) The bed had a hard mattress.

Malvina gave exceptionel customer service and replied very fast to any message. The flat was very clean, there was always hot water and there was seperate aircon in both the sittingroom and bedroom. Perfect attention to all details! There was even a table cloth to use if we wanted to. The very easy to use washing machine was worth gold. We did washing every day. The location could not have been better. Very near the port (5 min walk), good restaurants, ATM, large shop and "Africa' beach club. Yes, A little more expensive for sunbeds there, but worth it. Best place to go snorkling. Went to 4 beaches along Saranda city and this was our favourite. Less crowded, good food and friendly staff.

Nothing! Everything was amazing

EVERYTHING! Gosh where to start, my partner and I have been traveling Europe for the past three months and this stay with the lovely Malvina was hands down the best we’ve ever had! The location, the facilities, the clean apartment were all incredible and as described (if not better), but it was the host Malvina and her mother who really blew us away. she was there to pick us up from the bus station and catered to our every need. She even helped us purchase bus tickets to some of the surrounding places and to berat on the day we left (which she also organised a transfer to). She even asked her mum to stitch up my partners bag that had broken. We’ve honestly never had such an amazing experience and would hands down recommend to anyone who visits sarande! Thank you Malvina!!!

We went for some days in Saranda and we chose the best apartment in the town We absolutely loved our stay at 3S apartments. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host l, Malvina was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in town."

The apartment was beautiful with the most amazing beach view. Everything was on point, it was equipped with all the necessary things. The location was perfect surrounded with restaurants, beach clubs and bars on 10 mins walk. Malvina was the sweetest host. She gave us the full list of all the recommended that was super helpful. She also helped my boyfriend in arranging my birthday surprise. I would love to go back and stay at 3S apartment.

Good location a bit further out from the promenade, but literally a 3 min walk from the closest beach. The apartment is great and has everything you need to stay a few days. The owner is very helpful with everything you need, also during the stay.

Everything was great! Beds were comfy, good strong wifi, the apartment was spotless clean and more spacious than we expected. Location was also good and the hostess was so sweet and helpful. She picked us up and the bus station so we didn’t have to walk and helped us organize a trip to Gijokaster and Blue eye that was cheaper than the group tours you can find in aviator. The apartments are located on the fourth floor, but there is a little luggage elevator, so you don’t have to carry the suitcase all the way up. Couldn’t recommend this enough! I would definitely stay here again.
