Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A beautiful, spacious villa which is well presented and has everything you need. The private pool is a good size and the verandah provides lots of outside space for sunbathing/relaxing/dining. The services of both the Estate Manager, Hazel and the driver, Lava could not be faulted. We felt well looked after but without interfering. The villa is close to stunning beaches as well as an excellent supermarket, restaurants, car hire, pharmacy etc. We would love to return.

United KingdomLocation is perfect for the short walk to Jolly Harbour day time or evening. Also perfectly locating for experiencing at least 5 beaches very locally and within minutes. Lots of birds in the garden which is lovely in the morning. Very sunny swimming pool. The garden is well kept and very pretty. Lovely large veranda for breakfast. We also made use of the BBQ which was great fun for one of our evenings in.

United KingdomThe villa is opposite a club/clubs, We were kept awake some nights by loud music that continued into the early hours. This is not a luxury villa. The property is tired and is in need of general maintenance. Some of the bedroom/bathroom doors do not close properly; the bathroom fittings {other than the master} are worn and are in need of updating as does the cooker and dishwasher. New towels are needed and some of the linen threadbare. The brightly coloured sofa is marked and some of the tiles in the kitchen area are scuffed. Whilst the tiled floor was probably mopped before our arrival, the state of my kids new socks from walking barefoot in the villa, would suggest that the entire villa needs a deep steam clean. I spent my third day mopping, tired of rescuing the socks. Although free WiFi is listed as provided, we did not have any WiFi for 2 days. When it was fixed, due to the positioning of the box in the master bedroom and the thick walls, WiFi was not available in any of the other bedrooms and only at the very entrance to the sitting area. We were surprised to find a note detailing a maximum permitted use for electricity and WiFi and that clients would be invoiced for use above the stated maximum. A pleasant sitting area outside was marred if you looked up where you were greeted by discoloured wooden panels in need of painting.
The lady who oversees the villa was there to meet us on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. A nice touch was the provision of a local phone, which we could use to reach her and make local calls, adding to the convenience of our stay. There was an informative Welcome Folder about the amenities in the villa and local attractions, making it easy to navigate and enjoy everything Jolly Harbour and further afield has to offer.
