A fabulous place to stay, right in the middle of the National Historic Dockyard. You get to be able to wander around after, or before all the tourists are there, plus, free entrance to the rest of the national park. Room was extremely spacious, on two floors, and very comfortable indeed. WIsh we had been able to stay longer.

NorwayUnfortunately there was no place to sit outside and relax (other than the breakfast area in the morning) so we really missed having a balcony or a lounge area outside for this. And the room we had was in the loft so the windows were small and not possible to sit and easily look out there either.
Location was perfect for our needs and we adore the area where the hotel is. The room was spacious and well equipped for what we needed. The hotel staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful too.
