1. There is no safe in the apartment, and entry is by a PIN code that has a rather simple pattern and can be easily guessed. I’m almost sure it isn’t changed. Because of this, I felt a bit uneasy leaving my belongings in the apartment. Even though the building has plenty of cameras and an active reception desk, I still felt somewhat worried about my things 2. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The pressure is good throughout the apartment, but specifically in the shower it’s weak

Very clean apartment. Good sound insulation (planes are barely audible, you can’t hear the road at all, and you can’t hear the neighbors either). Good thermal insulation (when the air conditioning is off, the coolness lasts for a long time). Excellent location (by taxi it takes 5–10 minutes to get to all the parks; walking takes about 20–30 minutes, but in summer that’s suicide). Easy check-in and check-out

I had an amazing stay, The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Aimarie was super professional and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, The little touches, like fresh towels, a stocked kitchen, and a cozy ambiance, made me feel right at home. Satisfactory facilities and excellent support.Very convenient location. Immediate access to the private beach by using the room card. 24/7 reception services and safety. Very close to Yas marina, Grand Prix circuit (5 minutes walking) and Ferrari and Sea world parks, Waterworld park, Warner Bros, Yas mall(5 minutes by taxi). I strictly recommend to book this room when you are in Abu Dhabi.

Wifi is only in the room. As soon as you step out no wifi in no other spaces of the building, which can be really challenging for overseas visitors. The bathroom had a really bad smell coming from the shower because its drainage was not well thought.

The location is walking distance to main attractions in Yas Island. The building has a very good gym and pool area (level 1 & 2) and the apartment is of a good size and divided appropriately.

Easy check in, great location for all theme parks, nice apartment with great facilities. Supermarket is right next to the building. Swimming pool is beautiful and the gym is quite big.

The only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants, with Carrefour being the only option for essentials. We had to order breakfast and dinner online.

I've been into many places but honestly, Mayan Studio is on my top list, I especially enjoyed the private sandy beach, not to mention the big swimimg pool and the gym, also there are many supermarket in a walking distance, I strongly recomand it and will be staying here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi, and many thanks for the hőst who facilitated my early arrival and attended all my request, 5 star service.
