Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything! From valet to check-in, the service was warm and smooth. Special thanks to Ms. June (Duty Manager) for the birthday surprise and complimentary breakfast. The beach and pool were fantastic, and they even offered detox water. Room service was top-notch—Wagyu burger, strawberry milkshake, chicken biryani, and Umm Ali were all delicious. Emergency response was quick when my son had a minor cut. Truly outstanding hospitality.

By far the best hotel we stayed at. And we have been trying a lot every month, but so far, Vida Creek Beach is on out top 1. Went there 2x now and planning to comeback soon again just to relax and unwind. Recommended it to some friends and they loved it too. Food was good. Lunch/dinner was expensive but worth it. Breakfast has been super and we had our favorites already. Room is good. No complaints plus good AC. Room service could be a bit more faster but it’s also not slow. Beach pool is the best. Temp controlled so it’s cold when sun is high. Just great combo. Pool bar is also cool. Valet is great too, very quick and attentive.
