Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was informed that guest have free access to clubs however we have to pay for the food and beverages but that’s alright, what was not appreciated that we had to pay 300 aed for entry to Penthouse.

Saudi ArabiaHonestly, I booked for 3 days and it was my first time to book in this hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable from the first day and wanted to cancel the reservation and move to other hotel. Luckily I met the supervisor Mr. Vinayak were he told me I’ll give you the best experience by upgrading your room with privacy & if I don’t like it he will refund me for the 3 days with free stay. Also , he provided me with extra hospitality and nice treatment in the hotel. United Arab EmiratesI didn't like that there are not enough sunbeds pool for hotel guests in the central,, the half of the pool is for tables that the any person (outside of hotel) can pay and also can take the sunbeds for them, this should be more controlled. To take a sunbeds the guest needs to reserve with a personal item before of 9 am, after that it is imposible to find one free.
The room was very nice, The hotel is located at the beginning of the palm so you have access to the city, and the breakfast very good. I really like the spa pool.
