I liked everything, especially the price

It's totally a scam. I booked a deluxe queen room with a TV, fridge, etc., and at the end, they provided us with just a partitioned room. No hand soap in the toilet, no slippers in the room or toilet, and there were no towels.

What I liked about this hostel is the quietness

I only slept here for one night, but it was one of the best nights of the entire trip. The quiet was perfect, and the place was well-organized. The team was respectful and passionate about their job. I hope to stay longer next time

There was nothing I liked!!!

I booked the Deluxe queen room offered on booking.com. It is 35 m2, I was given a 12 m2 hole. The booking page listed a private kitchen and did not list a shared bathroom. Staff: when I complained I was told to go elsewhere. I received no response to my refund request. Amenities: The room had a chair with a broken leg, which was not replaced after 5 days and repeated requests. The wardrobe was disgusting. Cleanliness: the kitchen was unusable, the shared bathroom had traces of mould. Comfort: a single pane of tinted glass separated the room next door, all activity could be heard. Value for money: if I had got what I rented, it would not have been cheap. But it was really bad like this. Location: As I came for my work, it was not the best for me. The promised parking around the house was not available. Only residents can park in the area, with the exception of a few parking spaces. If you arrived in the afternoon, it was very difficult to find a parking place, it took a long time to find a parking place for a long distance. Looking around the site I saw that there was 1 of the advertised rooms and 7 small rooms. Hearing the dissatisfaction of others there, everyone booking the Deluxe Queen room but no one got that one. Air conditioning, if there was one, could not be controlled. It was generally warm.

The staf At check in time i informed them about late checks out and i was paying extra charges for that according to their policies. And they were agree also But next day they forced us to checkout early

Didn’t even spend the night there. I had to leave even worse with no refund. There was NOTHING to like about the place

That place is a partition not a hotel that should be mentioned on Booking.com. Booking.com should visit and inspect locations before adding them to their website

I like only location just location

So many things. 1)i book the room with balcony for smoking no availability they refer to me smoke in room but sadly they don't have one astry 2)while.check in bed sheet is previous using one request my self to change another 3)room is really conjusted like under the stair.please just give the room what you shown in booking time 4) bathroom are too smelly even there is no water 5)no more peace apartment people other room noisy 6)Price is good but we are not looking like star level but they need to do clean the room and what they book they have to give that room

Someone was ringing the doorbell and knocking repeatedly after midnight. Not sure if it had something to do with the property or with one of the guests. I guess this place is fine for backpackers and for short stays

Definitely don't stay there if you have a car because you probably won't get overnight parking. So where do you park then? The building has zero signage showing that there is a hostel. You have no clue where you're actually staying. I've stayed in lots of crappy places over the decades, well, this might be the worst especially as it was way over priced for what the quality was. No toilet paper. Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Beer to unclean. Sometime during the night the plugs/switches turned off. The lift didn't work in the morning when I left. Booking. Com need to look at this place.
