How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The breakfast was OK. Could be more choice but it worth its price.
The room is spacious, in a good condition. I liked the bed and cushions itself! The location is good, has parking space for the visitors.

There was smell coming from kitchen drainage. I felt itchy sitting on the sofa in the living room. I think the sofa and its pillows need cleaning.

Our stay was very comfortable - the location of the hotel is so central (beside the mall) and the price is great value for money. We stayed in a one-bed apartment and the room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable (good linen too), the breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were really lovely. Thanks to Upkar and Brendah in particular.

1- even though i booked with be=reakfast but i had to pay for my 2 kids ( 6 - 8 years) and the breakfast Buffet need more chices. 2- most of the soap & shampoo dispensers in the washrooms were empty. 3- small details need more attention (iron was not working fine they replace it with another one with same problem, the water kittle was leaking water, both Bathrobes were without the belt).
1- Wifi Service. 2- the Receptionist Staff lady was very nice. 3- location of the Hotel near everything. 4- Good Value. 5- free parking available

Breakfast didn't have many options And he had a lot of things that don't fit into the European breakfast they say they have. The worst thing is that I had booked another price in the booking and the hotel charged me 25 euros more on my card, also during the ckeck out the receptionist tried to keep the deposit they had asked me at check-in under the pretext that a towel was missing. When he realized that I was not willing to accept something like this, which was false, he apologized to me and told me that he was wrong

Cleanliness of the sofa and sofa pillows could be better. Smell from the bathroom drainage. Room is overall clean but the smell when we entered the room should be removed. Room should look and smell clean. The door double lock in the room we were assigned is not working. Door bell and signs not working when pressed.
Spacious room, Closed kitchen with amenities, Quiet and comfy ambiance. Value for money.

The room we got was very specious with super comfortable bed. That was a big plus. I found the staff slightly unmotivated and not very cordial f compared to other places where we stayed in UAE. That excludes the housekeeping team, which was very friendly.

Parking spaces are less. If you put any staff to organize the spaces well. It will be much appreciated
I took 2BD and 1BD for six people. The rooms was very clean and so much comfortable. Breakfast was also great.

Nothing.
Location is very close to the Fujairah Mall and Lulu Mall. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment size was good, very neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and good number of varieties. Staying with the family will be really enjoyable.

Breakfast was pathetic, bad and the number of guests were more than the chairs available in the restaurant. we had to stand and eat. same food available everyday. Do not take the option of breakfast for this facility. Arrange variety in breakfast and provide better seating

Congested restaurant and parking space. Practically no activities.
Well furnished clean and neat apartment centrally located near Lulu mall and many eateries. Adequate breakfast spread and service oriented customer friendly staff.
