Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only minimal feedback we’d have from our stay is that it’s a shame the lobby bar doesn’t allow any under 21s to come in with parents, which meant they lost our business for drinks.
Exceptional hotel. All Staff were amazing, so attentive and happy to help with any request. In particular Sohail working at the pool was great, and was fantastic with our 1 year old. Rooms are modern and luxurious, with amazing views of the palm. Superb hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had, a huge range of high quality food. HIGHLY recommend.

United Arab EmiratesAll the staff amazing and very accommodating, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of everything food, service and location it felt very welcoming I’m definitely gonna go back I also had my cars battery stop at the hotel and Mohammed helped me with dealing with it he stayed with the guy who fixed it and insured my car was working before he let him go took a load off my shoulder with the way he dealt with it and helped me Also I always let the engine warm up before moving my car and when I asked them to do that they did every time which I appreciate a lot The laundry service was amazing 10/10 worth the price for sure The room dining food is delicious not only that they have st Regis gardens right beside the hotel I loved hanu! Their butler services are amazing too I wanted a bubble bath and they set it up for me Amazing spa I got the best massage What a smooth stay zero problems zero worries I’ve never left a hotel this satisfied and attached 🤣 definitely going back soon

The room was lovely; spacious, well maintained and the bed was v. comfortable. The staff were all excellent. Liked the buzzy vibe of the hotel. The location of the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants was excellent. Loved the butler service that brings a free pot of tea on request!
