3rd time at this hotel. There are a limited number of hotels that I return to, those that consistently provide a pleasant stay. Hotel is very responsive to correspondence, prior to arrival. We had a totally relaxing, enjoyable experience. The whole team were great, attentative, went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay, with particular attention given to food intolerances. Our thanks to the chefs, the waiters, hosts, very kind in taking great care of us, no exaggeration. We had a very enjoyable evening in the Gobi restaurant, thank you to our host King. Thanks to Joshua for being so helpful, going beyond our expectations. Thanks also to Justin and Rita at breakfast as well as the whole team, I would give them all more than 5* Buggy drivers and valet service on point too, nice to have met them. Housekeeping did a great job, the patio area and pool, table and chairs were clean, despite the breezy dusty weather over the previous days. The coffee machine was clean, no need for a 10 cup flush through, much appreciated. Room temperature was comfortable and easy to adjust. Room service from ordering to delivery in 40 minutes. Food was still hot upon delivery too. It was a great pre knee op break, I made full use of the good sized, cool temp, pool! Nice to meet such a lovely team, a credit to the hotel. We will return again, wishing to staying longer.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Al Wadi Desert. It felt like we were lost in our own world, surrounded by nature’s beauty and the peaceful company of gazelles roaming around. No one to disturb us, just pure serenity. The breakfast and food were delicious, and I especially want to mention Venkat and Hemath, who made our experience even more special. They were so friendly and went out of their way to show us many places around the resort. Truly grateful for their hospitality! A perfect escape into nature with luxury and warmth, can’t wait to return!

The private pool wasn’t fully private& it’s not fair that I paid for a private pool and it wasn’t fully private. We could see golf cars and sometimes cars passing by,and if there was something to be done regarding the privacy of the pool we weren’t informed about it. Also, We came in 3 hours late for our check in because we couldn’t take our baby out in the hottest times of the day and In return there was no flexibility regarding the matter I had to check out at 1:30. I was in room 108

The rimal prívate Pool Villa and getting to see the gazelles while swimming. Loved the staff hospitality and cooperation and most importantly their understanding espically that we had a 4 month old baby traveling along. The breakfast was very delicious. Also, there was a complementry dessert that I requested,and found in the room with a beautiful design that we appreciated and it was nice surprise for the wife.

Nothing! Just i am afraid of lizards and insects and this was my only concern 😓 and this definitely not from the hotel as it's the nature around the place.

- Good food, price of a private pool villa comparing to other hotels, and the staff! - The main purpose of this booking was to celebrate my husband birthday and I really appreciate that they took my request into consideration by arranging simple things in the room and surprising him with a cake during the breakfast! It a very nice from them 💛💛!

The place was relaxing, quiet, clean, comfortable. The baggy car was there every time we want to go out. The place was full of Gazal, which is a beautiful Arabic animal. 2 restaurants was there Gobi (Asian) & farm house (international)

Some of the items in the outdoor area (like pool facade, etc) were a bit worn off. A little bit more of maintenance and everything would be back to brand new.

They upgraded us to a better view and I cannot explain how amazing the whole experience was! Lovepreet was really helpful.

Me and my husband were disappointed about one thing that they kept alcohol in our villa, they should ask before keeping it . We asked them to remove it many times but they didn't. Also we are not allowed to order food from outside and there is no delivery of food from the inside restaurant. It's only from the hotel.

Everything was amazing , the stuff were friendly and we enjoyed our time. We will definitely come back again

Depending on the time of year, and because of the desert ambients, insects do wonder around from time to time. You just gota be on the lookout and request for pest control whenever needed.

Lovely private pool with temperature control, which you seldom find in other desert resorts in UAE. The pool is of good size. Rooms are great. I have been visiting this resort occasionally over the past years, and compared to its similar competitors in UAE, the Ritz standards prevail.
