United Arab EmiratesOne thing that could be improved is staff attitude — while many were helpful, a few came across as indifferent or not very guest-focused. Also, it’s worth noting that not all guests speak Russian, so being greeted exclusively in Russian can feel a bit exclusionary. A more neutral or inclusive approach would go a long way in making all guests feel equally welcomed.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel — everything was smooth and enjoyable overall. Check-in was quick and efficient, the room was spotless with a lovely decorative touch, and the beach was truly amazing — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding.

TV was facing the window and the beds weren't comfortable and ac in our room wasn't cool enough when it was time to sleep. Fridge in the room also wasn't working well. Food selection and quality wasn't the best. I dont know about the rest of the pools but the adults pool had huge wasps flying around and getting close to us which didn't make my experience enjoyable by the pool

United Arab EmiratesThe pool in our villa was extremely hot, more like a jacuzzi, and not refreshing at all in the 45°C July heat. Check-in was slow, and the property overall doesn’t quite match a 5-star standard. Furniture varies from room to room, which felt inconsistent and a bit strange. Toiletries were nearly empty (shampoo/conditioner), and I only noticed once already in the shower. Floaties (like mesh inflatables) weren’t allowed in the pool, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite the few downsides, we had a lovely time and made great memories. A good option if you go in with the right expectations.
We stayed at The Cove Rotana for a girls’ getaway and overall, the experience matched our expectations. The two-bedroom villa with private pool was a great setup for a group. Basilico restaurant was excellent – delicious food and a nice atmosphere. The in-room breakfast was generous and very reasonably priced. Staff were lovely – friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We knew the hotel was slightly dated, so the vintage feel didn’t bother us too much.

We had a private pool, but it wasn’t really in good condition. In short, it needs to be renovated in a more modern and technological way, with a slightly sharper design.
The property is beautiful because it is isolated from the surroundings, in a well-maintained village, and we can say the geographical location is also good.

BrazilThe food at the main restaurant doesn't rotate enough for an all-inclusive; during 4 days it was pretty much the same food every day, so this could be improved. Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and it would be amazing to have a small pharmacy at the hotel.
The whole area, the staff and all facilities of the hotel are really nice, it's a very nice vibe, made us feel we weren't in the UAE.
