I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to reach. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

the location is excellent, just right at Dubai Mall. The breakfast options were very good and nice. The rooms are good and clean, but looking at the lobby and the hotel, I would have expected a bit bigger rooms. but everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great service and amenities, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Pool is very relaxing and get great service with food and drinks. Easy access to the mall for shopping also.

We heard noises from corridors. Room door was not very sound proof. Make sure you leave your deposit to the reception, otherwise the minibar will be emptied out. That happened to us while we were out and about after we had checked in. This matter was not informed beforehand. They apologized sincerely and promised to be more informative in future. We forgave 🙏. Thanks for having us.

We liked the view and proximity to the Dubai mall. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere positive and super polite. Breakfast was decent and coffee nice and hot. They even had some offers for those with food intolerances. Bedding was comfortable.

The wall sockets places were a bit confusing. There was no dresser to do my hair. I had to put the plug behind the bedroom door and stand in front of the sitting area mirror. The sockets near the beds were so low too behind the bed side table.

Very nice location. The pool was great. Breakfast was amazing. The room was great and comfortable too. Only unfortunately the fountain was not working. But the view was great.

Housekeeping - towels were sometimes missing after cleaning and were only placed the next day.

The location is prime. The lobby, corridors, rooms everything is so aesthetically pleasing making this establishment a beautiful one. The staff is kind and attentive.
