How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Need to improve the cleanness and hospitality
The cupboard mirror was accidentally broken while closing the door. We informed the person in charge, and they accepted the property without any additional charges.

The manager ignored my message and not answering my call for cancelling the booking . The room was freezing cold when I checked in , I couldn’t sleep at all nor even stay in the room, but it was fixed after i message the owner in mid night . The place was not clean and have insect when I checked in . No bedsheet , but they changed the bedding after I requested it . When I put the address in booking.com , the google map direct me to different place

They shift me to other place and put me in the room without ac for one hours after that when am complain Thay said to only this room available ask booking . Com I shout them after that one worker help me and give me other room other wise I think Thay not organize at all

Nicely maintained and cleaning properly plus very good location easily accessible to corniche and WTC. Enjoyed my stay here. Hamid the accommodation supervisor very nice and gentle guy and very helpful.

The place is so dirty there is no staff, only one young man. When i reach, i see him, and he's not helping you. You feel like you are in jail .at nite while everyone is sleeping, you can hear your neighbours in the other rooms .toilets so dirty, no soap, no tissues, you find ant's and Cockroachs everywhere I don't recommend it and I was choked how booking.com add something like this rubbish,I trust your choice but from now on I have to think twice and I will inform all my family and friends. It's a very bad experience

Disgusting smell, not enough hygiene facilities and not at all as advertised. It was as if nobody expected us to come. Place was a mess. 3 of us were directed to different floors to stay. Was very difficult to find the place.

The list is very big and I will be very honest and picky and accurate just for others' reference and to not have the same experience I had: 1)First google map location is wrong, I don't know how booking approves and accept this. 2)I received an email confirmation with a whatsapp number to contact, I tried to call the number and it was wrong I tried to WhatsApp and WhatsApp not available then I double check the other number related to Ibrahim and he saved my life last minute Thursday night because I was completely lost and angry. 3)everything about this property is fake and wrong, map, mobile number, photos, cleanliness, rating, for me to be fair prison inmates had a better condition, you cannot imagine the size of the cockroach that was dead in the bathroom when I was trying to take a shower, it was super disgusting for me to take a photo as proof. i just wanted a small room not the hotel for take a shower have good wifi and just sleep because all day I was at the YAS ISLAND for the AD GRAND PRIX 2024 F1. 4) I got a fine for the parking too because I asked Ibrahim and he doesn't know and all parking nearby are for residents. so in abu dhabi, you are not allowed to park your car in this area. I found a stranger and asked them and thanks god they helped me. 5) I had my personal belongings and luggage I had a travel bag because I stayed 3 nights from Thursday to sunday and I had electronics anda personal laptop and tablets and I simply asked for a key and he simply you are in the most safest city in the world welcome and don't worry about that. So, the surprise is that there is no key to the room. its not a room its barely a half bathroom by the way, the size the bed everything in the photo was scam, fraud and fake and nothing in real world real life true. i had to keep my electronics and personal belongings in my car frankly, I just kept my perfume and clothes in the tiny small room.
HOT water in the bathroom only and I really mean it. Ibrahim the guy was supportive friendly and helpful,

It's searching location is big problem I contact the phone no but no reply good but I got it and no toilets role there no towel there and smell in the room toilet clean and neet but I m not happy
