Need to take little bit care on the cockroaches. I can understand the issue with ground floor rooms.

Firstly, the staffs were well trained and professional. I need to make special mention of Ala who made the stay even more pleasant. All the amenities were right in place.

i like the cabana near the beach , i would like to thank mr. alaa on reception for his professional help , he was so kind and invite us for a dinner after we take our rooms late , professional man big thanks to him he change our mode that day .

For the first time after 15 times at this hotel we had one cockroach in our room and the second was on the balcony. Even though in UAE the temperatures are high, this should not happen. However, the hotel staff was fast and helped us to kill it but for the rest of the vacation we had worries about other cockroaches in our room. As compensation, they changed the breakfast to half board, so this was nice.

We have been here 16 times, good food, great beach and the location, good value for the money

the food quality isn’t the best and the options are limited i hope that could change, few items were also not available. I ordered club sandwich but the chicken was soo dry and very chewy with no seasoning and the mac & cheese wasn’t cheesy at all it was filled with garlic flavor i did not like the food

The selection of drinks in the all inclusive menu was quite limited. And you could only pour yourself a drink from a coffee machine or a juice dispenser during breakfast. During lunch and dinner, we always had to wait for a waiter at the counter to bring us any drink (even water) and they were never there. So the drinks service could be improved to make it easier for guests to get beverages during all meals. The air-conditioners in the lobby and at the restaurant were blowing too strongly so we were getting cold very quickly.

Overall, the hotel corresponds to its 4-star rating. The staff provides decent service. The rooms are simple in design but are quite big and comfortable. We had a big terrace with a great sea view. Good daily cleaning service. The food selection in the restaurant was not not the largest we've seen in all inclusive options but it was of good quality. Everything we've tried was quite tasty. The sandy beach was very clean and well-tended to. It is perfect for families with small children. But if you like to swim at depth, it's probably not the best place because the sea is quite shallow there and during low tide the water levels drop significantly, even exposing sandbars.

on the day I came the beach was under the red flag and it was not allowed to swim - but it's not a managable risk)

I did like the location - 10 min walk away there is a small but well tended and very charming oceanarium and a very interesting regional museum. good supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel in the opposite direction.
