The aircon in the room would not turn off even though I switched it off with the remote. When I went to the bathroom toilet, there was what smelled like gas?! No sure what that's about. There are no instructions to operate the TV. Had to call the staff for help. TV channel were terrible. The only working English TV channel was Bloomberg, the streaming cold not handle other channel. You also get access to YouTube, which is great but, streaming issues again, not easy to watch. I had to leave a day early as I was ill (not their fault). I checked out at 12 as you must but, a day early. On my drive back to Dubai I got a call telling me I need to check out by 12! I was already out and I told them, they should know this.

It's a great location with lots of thing to do. Very family friendly with facilities for the kids. Beach looked good, pools were great. The meals and drinks were great value for money with happy hour and discounts.

The food can be better ! Nothing has taste, the food is overall plain. Make it tastier.

Everything was amazing. We loved the cat that came into our room and slept with us. He always does so, it s the second time this happens and it’s a feature of the hotel. Pets are treated specially there ! We like this.

Access to Snoopy Island was great! Water sports were good. Saw turtles, and our guide with snorkeling was amazing! Loved every minute.

Well, there's this garlic stench at times we get from the washroom, I am not sure why that comes out once in a while, it will be great for the team to check that out...

As usual, Sandy Beach is one of our favourite choices in Fujairah. The last time we were at 216 and, this time, 217, the sea view and ease of access to the sea makes it worth the while. Great staff team as well.warm and welcoming as always. There's always support when needed, in fact, from the security at the gate to the pool team. Everyone is respectful and polite.

Not many dining options. Only one restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast could be better...there were not many options and the qty / quality was not that great. Also, I find it expensive.

Location is excellent. Access to the beach is great. Pool is very nice with special area for kids...awesome. Also, the walkway in the property is good for evening stroll.

Nothing that has to do with the resort but maybe availability of water activities that's more than diving would be nice like a boat cruise

The blend of the two worlds, the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, is a perfect way to spend time in nature, and I find it relaxing. The resort has a good garden, which would be perfect for an afternoon chill when the weather is good. The availability of a pool bar, a restaurant that offers room service, a karaoke bar, and also the option for a romantic dinner by the ocean or sunrise breakfast. Plus, I had an awesome massage at the spa all in one place

Food selection in the restaurant could be limited in terms of varieties.

Clean beach and pool. Easy and quick check-in. Rooms were of a reasonable size. Plenty of space around with restaurants. Nice water park for kids.

Nothing special except parking lanes are too cramped.

Everthing was just awesone. Customer service, water park slides for kids and long stretch of beatiful beach. Definetely we will visit this place again.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful location. However, I wish the bathroom and room furniture were more modern. Even having a smart TV would have made the experience better.

The location is absolutely stunning! So peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. Truly a hidden gem – highly recommended!
