Great to have beach access so closed to everything. They upgraded us from two rooms to a suite, which was pleasantly appreciated because the room was amazing and the beds so comfortable we all slept really well

Full of Russians reserving the sun lounges with their towels as soon as the pool and beachfront opened and then disappearing for breakfast etc so others did not get a chance to use the beachfront. Relatively expensive hotel.

Swimming pool - Feel not maintained the standard temperature...its bit irritating.

Don't book Half board or full board. The food choice is very limited and not up to the mark. 2 or 3 dishes which we don't think as value for money and taste is also not good.

The swimming pool not having a warming system This is our second visit, and we were not able to use the swimming pool because of too much cold water.

-After 8 o'clock the beach area is closed and the pool area is closed so you don't have any where to go -they were very strict for small things like for example i took one towel in the pool when i swam in the morning and when i came back to swim again in the afternoon he refused to give it to me because he said it one towel for person per day

This was our 3rd stay and we loved it. Staff esp Lady receptionist was really helpful and arranged extra bed in our room. Only issue is limited beach beds and parking. Overall satisfactory stay.

- I did not receive a reply in built-in chat via Booking and I had to call to the hotel. Not a problem but worth mentioning - almost each second dish and utensials and chipped or scratched - made bad impression on the restaurant - there were no teaspoons near tea area in the restaurant - we found some garbage (papers and used bottles) in the executive suite behing the night stand - door to the balcony was squeaking and cracking loudly - binding on the windows were not attached solidly to the window and were rusty, so the window was closing sometimes in the night itself - holders on the backs of some sunbeds are broken - the paint on some sunbeds was peeling off - there were not enough napkins on the tables in the restaurant so I had to always ask for extra from the staff - cleaning was not done each morning and we had to call to the reception to ask for that

the place is very quiet, though it's looked little bit outdatish as by the pictures hanging across the hotel they are dated by 2009, so I suspect the last time it was revamped it was 2009. The place is okay, furniture is okay, everything looks quite clean but little bit worn out. Money to quality is just perfect. It's not the most expensive hotel in this season, the location is perfect if you want to chill out lying on the beach on the sea shore. The food is just good, not posh but fresh and delicious. The only thing I didn't like much is that there is some shops with some tourist sundries, fur coats and vetements - which does not fit into this hotel ambience. The rest is just okay. - the staff was very friendly, they gave us an option for early checkin and late checkout - the staff in the restaurant and kitchen are very friendly and helpful - they gave us a free upgrade to executive suite - the pool is very deep and clean, I enjoyed swimming there - the food in the restaurants was fresh and delicious, I liked it a lot - the view from the balcony was very nice - the place is very quiet, calm and family friendly

The breakfast was so bad in terms of range, choices and quantity. This must be a one or two star breakfast, not a 5-star breakfast. Most of the food was not fresh, the dishes are mostly empty or nest to empty. The beach is not well maintained at all. It's full of small rocks, instead of the sand. It's not guest friendly.

First day we were settled in room with road view. It was very noisy, but we were tired after flight. Next morning I've asked to change the room, so was done immediately. Thanks to service. we've got big and clean room with sea view. Breakfasts was good enough.

When we ask for the towels going to the beach, the attendant didn't gave us any but instead he informed us to take our room towel and use it there. So we went to the reception and raise this concern, after that the attendant gave us the beach towels in a rude way.
