Looks like half of he winning pool area was closed in summer season, a bit odd because they don’t tell you in reception …. Also we had a very unfortunate episode on the swimming pool, we went to the adult reserved area and after 10 minutes there one staff member came to tell me those subbed are booked you have to go somewhere else. Excuse me? The whole area is for adults?! He then clarified us for the owner who likes hose sinners so they block them for him in case he will come…. He did not even offered to help me move my things and waited to tell me this after all my items were placed, I complained to the supervisor who came to apologize as indeed situation was vey poorly managed, they don’t know who am I and treated me very un respectfully . For the price you pay and the service overall in the resort it should be way better

Location and the quality of the restaurants, specially the all day dinning: impressive. The beach is the best and resort lovely.

The bathroom was nice looking but not the most practical design and no proper privacy for families. Water pressure was also quite low.

Loved the location, the customer service and the room. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were designed with guests in mind with great attention to detail. We loved the cold showers by the beach and pool, especially in the summer. The breakfast buffet in Sim Sim was amongst the best. Amazing food, fantastic choice and very quick service. The app for room service is a great idea and was very practical and mostly quite fast. All staff were friendly.

The buffet was great for the most part. And the selection was great - especially the breads and cheese! I expected more seafood though and even the seafood buffet a bit seemed to not have enough choice on variety. But I can’t complain much as the buffet service and dine-in experience was excellent.

It was a fantastic experience. The rooms and the staff were great. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the experience and spent a lot of time in pool, kid’s play area and Ali Baba’s cave. She tried Mini Golf too!

We loved everything.

Setting, location, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and lots of variety. The adult and kids pool are great. Spa was fantastic and very relaxing.

The hotel is magnificent and well equipped for families with babies. We were provided with a nice cozy crib for our baby. We did encounter a few issues with a late check in but the lead receptionists and staff were very helpful in addressing the issues and ensuring we have a pleasant stay. The desk service was responsive and polite. The rooms are of a reasonable size. Very good memories, we will return again.
