On the swimming pool we were not allowed to sit on the cabanas as it is only reserved for the club members and that was very annoying !

Had to wait a considerable time for my room, even though I arrived after the check-in time. The room did not feel as clean and tidy as expected upon arrival. There are few drain flies in the bathroom. Breakfast quality could be improved.

Excellent location with ocean views and easy accessibility. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The reception service was warm and welcoming. The one-bedroom unit is very spacious, featuring a large bathroom with toilet, plus a separate powder room.

I liked everything just a small note that the pool when it was busy with a lot of kids it was little noisy but it was not so bad

The girl in the reception was so nice and friendly as she got us upgraded to a suite and It was so perfect and had infinity pool and the sea view. Every thing was nice The breakfast was amazing everything was perfect . I would definitely come back soon .

It took time for them to answer our request like they gave us the wrong remote and it took them the next day to do this. My husband had to speak to the manager. The bathroom light wasnt shutting off on our first night so we didnt really had a good sleep that time. But overall, the hotel was still worth it my family had a great time

The pool is outdoor and it's opening is late....it was too hot to swim already for the kids after 9am.

Maybe the receptionist can smile a bit. He was not welcoming and friendly but the rest of the staffs are nice.

My sons toy cars went missing after housekeeping,and we went out for a little while,when we got back his toys weren't there,we searched the whole room,and even informed reception but to no avail. Also the room TV could use an upgrade or a smart box for Netflix and others.

Breakfast was exceptional,unfortunately we were all ill so couldn't make use of the pools,but the pool setup and views were amazing

The room was comfortable with a beautiful view and a great bathroom that included both a bathtub and a separate shower. Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the electricity — we weren’t able to switch off the bathroom lights on the first night, which was quite inconvenient. Another downside: even as hotel guests, we were required to spend a minimum of 500 AED just to use the beach beds, which felt excessive and disappointing. It would have been nice to see a bit more flexibility or consideration for in-house guests.

We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful view and a fantastic bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower — a real plus. Breakfast was good, though the atmosphere could get a bit hectic due to many running and crying children, which made it feel somewhat chaotic.

We had a great stay at Royal M Hotel by Gewan in Abu Dhabi! We booked through Booking.com and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade from our original deluxe room—such a lovely gesture that made our stay even more special. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel has beautiful views and good facilities, making it a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family. We stayed just one night, but it was definitely worth it. Would happily come back again!
