United Arab EmiratesUnfortunately small inattention to detail and skimping on quality ruined the overall impression. Poor AC. TV remote not working. Cheap coffee capsules for espresso machine that mostly failed. And The Dinner in the main restaurant was very poor quality food.

United Arab EmiratesWe did not expect that this is a hotel for "all inclusive" Russian tourists. You can see people in underwear or swimsuits coming for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffet place is super crowded. Pillows were uncomfortable and bedsheets with some old stains. SPA facilities very poor, especially jacuzzi with smell and cold water. Dirty SPA area shower with no soap or shampoo.
Staff, Reception, Room service, SPA reception staff and massage therapists - very nice and welcoming!! Great view from window; great bathtub. Nice selection on breakfast.

United Arab EmiratesIt was a letdown that coffee/drinks are charged additionally when you take the breakfast buffet. Waves were huge all 3 days that we were in the beach, so we didn't get to enjoy it much. Of course, that is not the fault of the hotel, but I am not sure if the waves are always like that over there. It was better for us to go back to Dubai Jumeirah beach where the water is very calm. I also didn't like that I went to the small bldg on the side to try to book "snorkeling" activity, but there was nobody there, so we just left.
Perfect location near the Snoopy island. Breakfast buffet was good enough, but they are charging the coffee/drinks, so that's quite ridiculous. Room was very nice as we booked the seaview with lovely balcony. There was ample parking spaces when we came, so it was all good. Staff are all nice and friendly.

United Arab EmiratesNothing much to complain about the hotel, except that it was far from any major cities, but that's not really a problem if you are looking to relax at the beach.
It's a beautiful hotel with a beautiful beach, probably one of the nicest beaches in the UAE right next to snoopy Island. The staff are wonderful especially Habdo at check-in, Shoon and Nishant in the restaurants, and Sofia and Mia at the Aquanautics Center. Snorkeling to Snoopy Island was great fun. Breakfast had a great amount of variety for all dietary requirements.
