Unfortunately small inattention to detail and skimping on quality ruined the overall impression. Poor AC. TV remote not working. Cheap coffee capsules for espresso machine that mostly failed. And The Dinner in the main restaurant was very poor quality food.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was amazing – outstanding staff, spotless facilities, and a delicious breakfast. The kids’ pool and kids’ club were fantastic fun. From housekeeping to reception, everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The staff were amazing. The reception called me a day before we arrived and asked me when we will arrive and if any special occasion- I told them and a present was waiting for us, it was a surprise and also they upgraded us. My daughter has a food allergy and the chefs prepare to her special food. Also diving was amazing.

Pool for kids was very cold and splashes everywhere. Kids playroom had very limited options for a kid to play (3 years old). No one will play with your kid there. Too much people during breskfast time. Food was mostly plain and not tasty.

We did not expect that this is a hotel for "all inclusive" Russian tourists. You can see people in underwear or swimsuits coming for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffet place is super crowded. Pillows were uncomfortable and bedsheets with some old stains. SPA facilities very poor, especially jacuzzi with smell and cold water. Dirty SPA area shower with no soap or shampoo.

Staff, Reception, Room service, SPA reception staff and massage therapists - very nice and welcoming!! Great view from window; great bathtub. Nice selection on breakfast.

My only choice when I visit Alaqah - Fujairah. Everything is amazing. Many thanks to management, they listen and fix issues as soon as they’re discussed. I had staff following up with me every day during the stay. I really needed to relax for a few days and I had the best time with my daughter

Courteous & helpful staff. A special 😊 to Mr. Yahyia - Duty Manager for upgrading our room to a suite & making it memorable. The facilities are properly maintained, especially the gym, pool, kids play area, etc. The food was excellent. Will definitely consider a second visit with our friends.

It was a letdown that coffee/drinks are charged additionally when you take the breakfast buffet. Waves were huge all 3 days that we were in the beach, so we didn't get to enjoy it much. Of course, that is not the fault of the hotel, but I am not sure if the waves are always like that over there. It was better for us to go back to Dubai Jumeirah beach where the water is very calm. I also didn't like that I went to the small bldg on the side to try to book "snorkeling" activity, but there was nobody there, so we just left.

Perfect location near the Snoopy island. Breakfast buffet was good enough, but they are charging the coffee/drinks, so that's quite ridiculous. Room was very nice as we booked the seaview with lovely balcony. There was ample parking spaces when we came, so it was all good. Staff are all nice and friendly.

Our stay at Royal M Resort was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. David, Ms. Sintu, Mr. Subhan Allah & Mr. Nadun who went above and beyond to assist with our requests. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a great view. The location is superb. Overall, we had a great stay in this resort and would definitely recommend this resort and plan to stay here again.

Nothing much to complain about the hotel, except that it was far from any major cities, but that's not really a problem if you are looking to relax at the beach.

It's a beautiful hotel with a beautiful beach, probably one of the nicest beaches in the UAE right next to snoopy Island. The staff are wonderful especially Habdo at check-in, Shoon and Nishant in the restaurants, and Sofia and Mia at the Aquanautics Center. Snorkeling to Snoopy Island was great fun. Breakfast had a great amount of variety for all dietary requirements.
