The rooms are dated, the whole hotel feels a little run down, especially the bathrooms and the breakfast is not worth it at all, low quality and bad coffee

The beach location is lovely and the beach front restaurant serves very nice food. The staff in the beach restaurant are also exceptional.

This isn’t a deal breaker but I believe the room furniture needs a little revamp, that’s is everything else was perfect 👌🏽

The stay and service were exceptional at this property. I have requested a special proposal setup at Turtle Beach and the team has gone above and beyond, huge respect especially to Mr Majdi as well as Atheesham. The food was amazing and the service is top notch and thank you to Atheesham, Sanjeev, Thushan and Hema; the breakfast and shisha room service options were super convenient. The beach is perfect, crystal clear and such a great spot for snorkeling and to see some turtles. Highly recommend for a few days to unwind.

The bungalows are clearly outdated, we were lucky and our fridge worked, but our friend's fridge did not. some appliances for the kitchen would be appreciated as well at least for cleaning.

The access to the clean and beautiful beach with beautiful green lawns. Friendly staff. Sea food restaurant was of exceptional quality too. A great view of sunrise - Would love to go back there

The rooms look old and need some renovations. We couldn't use the pool after 7pm The shower is not one of those that you can detach.

The dive club is brilliant. Dive spots easy access and reef in good condition. The view from the rooms. The quality of the food.

There were so many insects in the bathroom; it needs to be cleaned. Also, the TV in the room wasn’t working at all. Unfortunately, the electrical socket near the bed sparked when I tried to plug in my phone charger. You should check the electrical connections thoroughly to avoid any accidents.

The hotel’s location, beach, and swimming pool were great. The weather was especially nice at night. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service and housekeeping teams were also excellent.

We had a free upgrade to a better room, which was amazing - so large! The beach is very nice and peaceful. The hotel met our expectations, however it is a bit outdated in general. Could use maybe a renovation to come to 2025

We paid for the best suite on the complex. When we arrived we found although we had a kitchen with an oven, microwave fridge and freezer, there were no crockery, cutlery, no knives chopping board. Basically the kitchen was unusable. We had our own sauna but could not use it without phoning staff to come and turn it on. Then it was turned off after an hour and repeat.

The position was perfect. Perfect for relaxing, snorkelling, diving and seeing turtles.

Music at the pool is not necessary and is actually noisy from the room we stayed at 210. Peace and quiet and hearing the waves would have been much nicer. The lock on our door stopped working and they were not able to fix it that evening. Luckily we were leaving the next morning.

Loved the location, the beach, the fact that no Lifeguard or security stops you from swimming in the early Morning. Restaurant staff at all locations were very nice and friendly.

Location was good decent rooms for a 4* hotel except for the fact that the room was full of flies. Although there was a kitchen, they did not provide any utensils. Breakfast was ok,6/10 but dinner was a disaster ,2/10. We had stayed in 3* hotels, even they provide better spread at dinner buffet .
