Hotel is located next to the parks that we love. It's clean and apart from the lovely large swimming pool, it has nice games for the kids. I really liked the mini grocery shop, which was opened recently I guess, as it was not there during my previous stays. Therefore, it exceeded my expectations this time.

This was my third stay at Rove at the park, and it has always been no less then excellent. They have wonderful product and exceptionally good staff to serve. My sincere gratitude to Mr Ayoub and Mr. Islam at the reception who had been extremely welcoming, helpful and also supported in extending my stay for an additional day. I took 3 rooms for my family as I usually do, and it has been a wonderful stay.

The hotel is absolutely freezing. I just don't understand why they feel it's necessary to keep the AC temperature so ridiculously cold. I even saw a staff member wearing a bomber jacket because of the temperature. We have decided to book a different hotel for when we return to the parks next month. Furthermore check out time is 2pm however staff started calling the room at 1:30 to see if we were checking out

Everything, It was my second time booking at the Rove, the hotel is pleasant to stay. Desbite the location is far from central Dubai, but, I always enjoy it when I visit and my kids had a wonderful time at the kids area. The staff are helpful and supportive.

Honestly nothing.

The hotel deserves a 5-star rating. It has a big pool and plenty of entertainment. It's suitable for families with kids and for those traveling for business. The facilities were excellent. The hotel's location is not in the center. However, it's just a few minutes from Dubai Parks.
