Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I had a great stay at Red Castle Hotel Sharjah. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience — definitely recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Sharjah.

We had a great stay last weekend and happy to say that we all enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms for our families and everything went superb, from check-in till check-out. All the reception staff and officials were outstanding and polite. The rooms are very big and clean, there is a decent breakfast, and a very clean pool. They allowed us late check out at our request and management staff are also very polite and supportive. Counter staff Ms. Anam, Mr. Leonardo, HR Manager Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Lijo – all these persons require special mention. Thanks to the entire staff and will come back definitely.

Nobody paid attention and nobody cleaned the room. Food selection was very limited. Most of personnel was barely speaking english. A lot of russian guests. Everything is old - need refurbishing. Big noise from outside comes to the rooms through the windows. Smelly bedlinen;
Very spacious room, there was separate desk for work. Wifi was ok. After describing the issue with housekeeping, management apologised. Good price.

United KingdomDespite booking one day before our arrival meaning we basically paid for 2 nights but only used one night. We checked in around 5am after a long flight we were thirsty we used the 2 water bottles that were provided. Around 8am I asked the cleaner for one bottle of water as I was thirsty he refused he said because we’re checking out he can’t give me water I was very disappointed with this how can you deprive someone from a bottle of water even though I paid 2 nights but only used one night. One thing about the UAE wherever you go and ask for drinking water they will offer it free of charge even the souks but here I was refused.
The hotel was big, the breakfast was ok I found the noodles to be a bit salty. I booked the hotel for a day before our actual arrival because I knew we were going to have a late check in. I booked it for the 21/12/24 but our arrival date was 22/12/24 check in was very fast the guy at the reception was friendly and welcoming we checked in in less than 10 minutes we had our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
