Upon check-in, we found that the bathing amenities in the room were missing or completely empty. We had to request them, and it took over 30 minutes before they were finally delivered. At around 2:30 AM, we attempted to place an order with Room Service. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. The call was transferred multiple times, but none of the staff members could confirm whether the order could be fulfilled. They mentioned needing to check with the Head of Department and promised a callback, which never happened. Eventually, we gave up and went to sleep without resolution. We had requested a cot at the time of booking, but it was not delivered by 10 PM. When we followed up, we were informed that a cot could not be provided and were given a crib instead, which did not meet our expectations Kettle was not cleaned and old water from previous guests was there .

When I first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that since the room I had chosen was fully booked, they would give me a larger room, but I would have to pay extra for it. When I objected, they waived the additional charge, but I found this approach unpleasant."

Upgraded our room to suit room, provided late check out upto 2pm, very close to metro station, 24hr access to taxi, closeby shopping malls, food courts, restaurants and multiple bars within hotel.

The location is perfect. Very close to Burjuman Mall and Burjuman Metro Station which is one of the transfer stations in Dubai. Getting around is a breeze. Their reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks also to the bellboy, Mr. Shameer, for always helping me carry my heavy luggage and finding a taxi for me.The room's cleanliness has made me very satisfied.

The lighting in the rooms were dull i felt. The management must consider giving both options of bright & dull lighting for customers to choose. The laundry service could be more quicker than it is.

Hotel is located bang on the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street. The Burjuman metro station is just few meters away. You can navigate the city through metro, taxis or cabs in the most easiest way.

It's a good hotel near Burjuman metro, near supermarkets and cafeteria. We used their pool in the rooftop, and its so cold we stayed few minutes only.

The hotel staff, particularly Sikhwant Kour, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded us to a suite at the same price as our original booking. This stay was truly memorable and filled with valuable experiences.

We were on the first floor and there was a party at ground floor and music was loud and people shouting. It made it difficult for us to sleep.

They charge me because by mistake the coffee touched the bedsheet and they ask for 60 aed it was very bad to pay 345 aed per night and they charge u for a small thing
