Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

QatarTotally useless reception staff, not helpful at all. Very filthy room and bathroom. Plugs hanging loose from the bedside major safety hazard. Carpets and Sofas in the room had an awful smell, probably never been washed for ages. Torn curtains hanging loose. Couldn’t sleep the entire night because the very loud music be played at the nightclub and drunken guests returning back to their rooms in the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise in the corridors and in the room next to ours. We informed the receptionist three times but no action whatsoever was taken and we were totally ignored.
I did not like the breakfast at all. It was served very late with minimal options. All the items was Indian, mainly just to cater for them and not for other nationalities. They could have served International Breakfast so that other nationalities can also enjoy what they paid for.

ItalyExtremely disappointing stay. The property was very poorly maintained—there was a strong smell of dirt and smoke throughout. The floor in the room was sticky, the bathroom was unclean, and the sofa had an unpleasant odor. The worst part was the loud music blasting from the surrounding area all night, making it impossible to rest. Although we had booked and paid for 5 nights, we decided to leave after just one. It was definitely the wrong choice, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
