The pool was disappointed. It was fairly small. However, the jacuzzi and the sauna and the steam rooms were of a good size. Can't fault otherwise.

The hotel was lovely. Comfy rooms and beds. Clean staff were very helpful. We were close to the metro station making it an excellent location. Going places was very convenient. Located in a busy area. Had shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was also always full of variety. Tasty and fresh.

It’s a very comfortable hotel closed to airport and metro station. We really enjoyed our stay. Ejaz Iqbal at the reception upgraded our room to suite and was very warm welcoming. Room was big and comfortable, well maintained and very quiet, good WIFI, air conditioning, free water and etc. so we could have proper rest. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very good, huge portions and very attentive and kind stuff in the restaurant. We are really happy with the choice and would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Dubai.

I like the indoor pool and it is very accessible to metro. I wanted to commend the reservation staff name Karen who was made our stay very well prepared. I have been booking several hotels yet only Karen had called us prior checking in. I was very surprised asking us ahead what r our preferences, checking the availability of our request and how she will accomodate the request- very accomodating. I have my children with us and though we cannot get the connecting room, she made sure that it is a nearby room to us, plus a complimentary 1 eztra bed, how amazing is that😁😁. Even our check out time though it was weekend, all I knew is we can stay only till 1300 max, yet she even suggested us to check out by 1400, we were so happy indeed😁😁. Thank you Ms. Karen for all your help and for accomodating us. Heads up also to Mr. Danish from Concierge who tried calming us and was very friendly talking to us as my children and cousins taxi had dropped them off in the other Ramada branch. I was so worried as I hd my little 3yr old and the temperature was hot outside. He even offer us welcome drinks when they reached the hote finally. Thanks Dinesh. Thanks also to Shaifali who patiently checked us in😁. Chexk out by her was very efficient also. Overall our stay is amazing even a nighy only. Thank you.

Everything was great!

My room had a window facing outside with city view. There was a comfortable chair right in front of the window where I would just sit and watch everything going by outside. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi was super fast. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops, and very easy to get a taxi. The entire staff were super friendly, especially Neha, always with a beautiful smile and happy mood, and always providing excellent assistance and service. I really enjoyed my stay here.
