Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOne of the staff member called us and asked us to keep our children quiet because there are other guests sleeping at 2pm. How can someone from their staff tell us this specially at 2pm. It was pretty ridiculous thing to say. And we have toddlers so they like to play and would sleep by 9-10pm so it shouldnt have been an issue but turned the staff didnt like children much. Also, they could do much more with a breakfast being a 5 star hotel. The options were limited and when i went to eat at 8am, hardly any staff was there and alot of options were not available like fresh omelette, pancakes. All these options are available around 9am when most of the guests like to eat. So it shows that the breakfast service was mediocre

We had an amazing experience at the Pullman Hotel Sharjah from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Jazib at the front desk, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when he offered us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend Pullman Hotel Sharjah to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional Stay at Pullman Sharjah I recently stayed at Pullman Sharjah and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I was especially pleased that they allowed an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed—exactly what you’d expect from a high-standard hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
