Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SeychellesNothing negative about the facilities for the 01 night we spent at the hotel. However, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport (10 minutes away) was very costly. Understand it is a hotel service but for the rate we were quoted to taking a deluxe private minivan, I would always recommend taking the taxi rather than the hotel transfer which is almost 4x more expensive.

The location was very convenient to us traveling with a baby The mall was easily accessible by the car park although it can be hot during the summer season but it wasn’t too bad for a 1 min walk. There is also an indoor access from the hotel side to the mall but it seems to be longer than just going through the car pack Staffs were very friendly to us The day of arrival we had an issue with checking in due to the system being down so we did not have a room card for the first day but the staffs were very helpful while going in & out of the apartment

OmanThe sofa bed was unfortunately broken, and the springs in the mattress made it quite uncomfortable. I did request for it to be fixed, but no action was taken. Breakfast was okay, though it would be great to see a wider variety of cheeses and hot food options. If you're staying at the Residence Hotel, you’ll need to walk through the parking area to access the mall and the hotel’s restaurants. Also, the corridors had a noticeable curry smell, which was a bit unusual."
The hotel is located not too far from the airport, so I didn’t have to worry about traffic before my departure. There’s a metro station connected, so transportation was never an issue. The staff were very welcoming—from the concierge and security to the reception and housekeeping, everyone was helpful and friendly.
