Everything!!! Most stunning apartment we have stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable, superb location, and the view of the Burj Khalifa was incredible. Not a single brick was obscured. Fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly require. The bed was so comfortable and both balconies were just perfect small spaces with artificial grass and nice seating.

Overall the apartment was very beautiful and clean I fell in love with the place as soon as I entered. The view was spectacular. The space was comfortable to live in. Check in and check out were both seemless. Location was easily accessible. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Dubai.

Close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa, a 24 hr grocery store right across the road is super handy. Great views, will be an awesome spot for the fountain/light shows when they start up again. Hosts super quick to respond with any queries.

Nothing except the too short time spent in the apartment

The apartment was ideally located, with a superb view from the 42nd floor, very well equipped. We really wanted to extend our stay in this beautiful place. The owners and their assistants were always available if needed. We had a technical problem in the apartment and everything was sorted out very quickly. Thanks to Tobias and Joy for making our stay very pleasant. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but have 2 open balconies so I would most definitely not recommend it for couples with young kids. Both balconies can lock. Just a suggestion - maybe a clothing drying rack as not all clothes can be tumble dried

Fresh complimentary food, after and a soft drink Apartment is spacious, ver clean and in an excellent location. The owner sent a message to find out if I everything is to my satisfaction, which very much appreciated. Love view and as it is on a high floor, very little noise. Equipment like washing machine of good quality and in good working order. Highly recommended.

The apartment on the 42nd floor offers an absolutely stunning view that takes your breath away. The quality of the apartment and its interior design is superior. It exceeded all expectations, and I can confidently say I’ll be returning for another stay without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We booked this apartment for a quick retreat, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. The host was incredibly friendly, warm, and responsive to all our questions and needs. He provided clear and detailed instructions, making it easy for us to locate the apartment without any hassle. The apartment itself is in a convenient, central location with breathtaking views. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were also excellent, featuring two swimming pools for adults and a well-equipped gym. Although it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a wonderful retreat!

There is no negative

The large and wonderful apartment is in a great location in the city centre and in about 10-15 easy minutes by walk you can reach the Dubai Mall, the Opera, Burj Khalifa tall tower, the Dubai Fountains, Souk al Bahar etc. This apartment is stylishly furnished with attention to detail and has 2 balconies to relax. Seeing the Burj Khalifa especially at night is just amazing. Check-in / out was very easy - Ms Joy was very responsive as a contact person and a great help (e.g. storing my storage). The 24 hours supermarket (Spinneys) downstairs was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you go to Dubai!
