The initial room didn't fit our needs for some reason, reception manager with patience showed us other options till our requirements were fully satisfied. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. There always was somebody at the reception to help - we told that we need to leave early at morning and take away breakfast and taxi were waiting us at requested time.

1- The breakfast make the stomach in pain many days we tried we even later eat very less. 2- The room and many areas in the breakfast area are super cold. We tried adjust the temperature but no use. 3- The elevators were very slow in opening and closing. 4- The parking service before were excellent, but now they are not bad as now they are very slow and open the AC to full as it changes the settings of the driver owner and eats gas.

Everything else is great and we thank all the stuff who helped us as person and on phone.

The booking was done for 2 adults and 2 kids but when we arrived they told us that the sofa bed was not foldable and nobody could sleep on it. So we had to ask for extra 2 beds which they offer free of charge. It was very professional of them.

Location. In the middle of main Citi and Yas island. Junior suit was very comfortable with Luxury sheets and pillow. Excellent Breakfast with also access to Rotana launch (only if you select it in your booking). Happy hour from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm with snacks and many others at rotana launch. Outside swimming pool which was used by many people after sunset when heat was less.

What’s not to like? The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options. The room was clean and ready, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I was pleasantly upgraded from a Junior Suite to a One-Bedroom Suite, which was more spacious; along with access to Club Rotana lounge which provides some delicious treats, food, and drinks. My baby twins absolutely loved it; they had plenty of room to roam around freely and enjoy themselves. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Park Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it completely met my expectations in all the key areas I value during a hotel stay. The breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order eggs. The quality and freshness of the food were impressive, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
