The room was spacious, relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Including complimentary cold bottles of water on our way to the beach demonstrated great attention to guest comfort.

the SPA is a bit pricey

Huge Room, with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent with many selections. Sandy beach with blue water. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!

they could have better options for food and beverage, apart from Mate, the cafe food is very average for a five stars and options at the pool and beach are limited

We wanted to have a relaxing staycation, and we definitely did! The staff and facilities were really good. The breakfast and in room dining were excellent. Beach and pools were so relaxing. It was a nice gesture when the staff gave us some ice lollies to cool us down, considering the hot and humid weather. Loved every part of the whole stay!

The service provided by the staff was absolutely outstanding! I’ve never experienced this level of care, not even in other five-star hotels. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, always smiling, and truly helpful. Special thanks to Grant at the gym for guiding me with the equipment, to Arafat for making sure I had plenty of water at the beach, and to Pankaj, who promptly and professionally resolved an issue I raised. Their dedication truly made my stay memorable, and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Few options for the breakfast. The AC at night was not that cold, it was at 18C, doors at the balcony was fully closed.

It’s a great place to stay for staycation if you’re living in AUH. I spent my bday here and it was spectacular! Thank you for the set up, my husband and I loved it! Special thanks to Darwish, Saqar, Aakash and Mary from the Spa, she made sure I was comfortable all the time since I was alone at the jacuzzi and steam room. However, I didn’t like the approach of Roza from the Spa. I noticed that she only accommodates and greet Caucasian and Arabics - we were the only Asian at that time. I noticed that Roza did the spa amenities tour to them and I didn’t even get one - like I figured out my self where to go and where to switch on the Jacuzzi (in which Mary did) I even asked Roza where to get things and she only pointed it to me with no sense of accommodation at all. Anyways, overall it is a good experience.

We could have not choosen a better place to celebrate my friend's birthday. The facilities are top-notch but what really made the experience special was the staff. From reception, to concierge, restaurants, spa the staff is fenomenal, attentive and always smiling and helpful. They made this weekend absolutely unforgettable.
