Great, big and idealy clean apartment with breathtaking view. You can feel like king of Dubai:-) Only 10 levels lower than rooftop inifinity pool with a bar. Walking distance to Burj Khalifa. Contact with our host was always on top level!

The only minor issue was that the lifts could get quite crowded at times, but that’s understandable in such a popular building and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

We had an amazing experience staying in this fantastic 3 bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and a separate washroom in Dubai. The view of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely phenomenal. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk/ride from Dubai Mall, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was thoughtfully prepared by the management, who provided Nespresso coffee pods, cool water, plenty of towels, and all the essentials to make the stay comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was a true highlight, offering a relaxing oasis with breathtaking views. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the apartment cool even during the hottest days.. Downstairs there is a 24/7 open convenience store and on level 13 a fitness and on level 14 restaurants and bars.... Wow. l highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai who wants comfort, plenty of space, convenience, and spectacular views.

What an experience! Let me write only few examples (out of many): - luxury aparment (and I mean luxury luxury), with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equiped kitchen, everything was clean - great assitance from the first minute after booking till the end od stay - whatever I needed or asked, I've got a prompt answer/help -pool on the roof, wow! -what a view!! - we have chosen this apartment only because of this and it was worth of money! 100% recommended accomodation

We had an incredible stay at Frank and Sili’s apartment! The place was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. The pool and gym were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing, everything was so gorgeous.

It’s one of a kind in all visits I have seen before, the location was great and Frank, our host helped us even with our luggage. He was too nice and provided all what we needed in our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the parking was available. The apartment is so spacious and the building is one of its kind.

The location is great, the rooftop pool with the views of Downtown was the highlight of our stay. The host was very helpful and explained all activities I can do during my stay. I also loved the attention to details, from kitchen utensils and all amenities (10 different kinds of tea) in the apartment.

Very nice apartment in a building with good facilities (special mention for the pool on the roof). All bedrooms have a great view and are spacious and comfortable, well organised living room with a small balcony, overall a great base to explore Dubai.

The hotel- residence was excellent. Frank was our host and he responded very quickly to all my questions. The view was really nice. This was a family trip for my husband's 50th birthday and Frank went above and beyond decorating the living room with 50th birthday balloons and giving us champagne. It was such a nice welcoming site! We used the gym facilities every day, it was very nice equipment and clean. The spa massages were very professional and one of the best massages I ever had, went to it twice since they had a couples special! The breakfast was really good, variety of foods and any type of coffee and tea. It was also very nice that they have a small store next to hotel to get water and other supplies. The best thing of the hotel are the views and the infinity pool had great views from the 64th floor! Overall, I would come back to the Paramount hotel and recommend it to anyone! It is really great for families.

A fantastic host who greeted us upon arrival and explained everything, including a guided tour of the facilities. The apartment was tastefully decorated and provided separate towels for the infinity pool and shower. We will absolutely return again.

Frank and Sili are the most kind hosts. They can and will help you with everything you need, they will even provide free internet sims for their guests. The apartment is amazing, spotless clean, in line with top hotel standards, and the views are breathtaking. On top of that you can use the rooftop pool and the gym facilities. When I’ll return to Dubai I’ll definetly stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at the Paramount Hotel Midtown Hotel Residences with its stunning infinity pool. The apartment was nothing short of beautiful and came fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts’ ( Frank and Sili’s) warm welcome and their availability whenever we needed assistance made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was immaculately clean. The hotel itself was also a beautiful and the infinity pool offered breathtaking views. Whether it was the pool, room, or the balcony, the views were simply amazing. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Dubai, and staying at this exceptional residence will be at the top of my list. The convenient location was the icing on the cake, making it a perfect choice for any traveler.
