Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. They had all the facilities I needed, and every staff member was genuinely helpful. The front desk team, especially Mr. Ahmed. The team provided all amenities, and even when I asked for extra water or toiletries, they happily gave them without hesitation. Overall, the service and hospitality here are outstanding.

Had a another stay at Nour Arjaan Rotana in Fujairah. The check-in and check-out process was not smooth this smooth. Overall, the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive and well-maintained throughout. The breakfast was good enough, especially when compared to other hotels in the same locality. Overall, a very comfortable experience that offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

I spoke to the restaurant manager but unfortunately was just giving excuses that there's no enough space to add more, my opinion was not to have more items but more options because our 1st day exactly the same food of our 3rd day. Wish you all the best but I don't think I'll try it again.
