i booked 2 rooms as my 4 kids and wife is with me, unfortunately the rooms are far from each other and our late checkout request for just 1 hour was not granted even just for 1 room i have requested.

they have upgraded our rooms to suite.. soo nice..

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t properly cleaned — there was hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in. Also, the ongoing construction work made it extremely noisy from morning

The staff were polite and the location is convenient, but I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly clean — there was hair on the bathroom floor — and there was loud construction noise from morning, with constant drilling and banging. I came for a relaxing vacation but couldn’t rest at all because of the noise and cleanliness issues.

It was too crowded and the hotel is too old and needs asap renovation. It was Eid, but stil not worth the money.

Pool was nice and clean, gym and steam too. Sauna wasn’t workibg which was disapointing

The cleanliness of the room was below standard — surfaces felt dusty. One of the listed restaurants wasn’t open during my stay, and the spa, which was a key reason I booked. The room was advertised as having a sea view, but in reality, it overlooked a busy main road and a construction site, with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Beach access was also not as described — it wasn’t directly walkable and required waiting for a buggy both ways, which was inconvenient.

The only part I genuinely liked was the indoor female pool. It was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Everything else fell short of expectations.

Sofa Cum Bed was below par, WiFi was the major issue. Toiletries weren’t in place…we had to request them time nd again. In-suite mini bar was empty.

The variety of food at dinner was not very wide, but the variety of food at breakfast was excellent and the service and guidance of the staff was good.

1) I liked everything excluding kitchen , very poor breakfast , for 5 star hotel I guess is shame 2) beach not like I expected, not with directly exit , also sea is not a clean , we didn’t even want to swim there

Toiletries were not replenished upon arrival. Staff were not very interested in accommodating us.

The room was fine however there was several marks and dents and ruins on the furniture and finishings especially in the bathroom. The room was not ready when we checked in. No toiletries restocked. It was for our anniversary and we mentioned beforehand we were told something will be there but nothing. We had to ask them for things one by one and not much information was given upon check in.

The Beach is far and not part of the hotel. We needed buggies to drop us there which is problematic when you have young kids who want to go back and forth between the hotel and the beach.

it was ovrecrowded including at the pool. Only one restaurant available which wasn't enough. The eggs line at breakfast was too slow. Room service wasn't working. Not really a proper 5 star hotel

Understaffed for the holiday season. Not value for the price paid. Breakfast was average. Furniture was old and dated. Beach was small Outdoor pool was small and not sufficient for guests

Reception couldn't handle that much tourists ,,which led to some mistakes ,,like i booked 3 rooms and they changed one without my permission.
