The location was great, near supermarket and easy to get a taxi. The apartment was so comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay exceptional. The host Rami checked a couple of times to see if we needed anything which was so professional. The pool and the gym was a great plus especially the pool as it was great to have a dip when it was so hot. As for the view from the balcony whatever I say will not describe how fantastic it is.Thank you again Rami for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent, the view to Burj Khalifa is gorgeous. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, it has everything we needed. A nice pool and a gym are available. Just opposite the house there is a supermarket. Dubai Mall is 20 min walk.

This apartment is Fabulous...it is pristine clean, maintained to a very high standard and has new functional and essential.appliances. To sit on the balcony is bliss with its one of a kind Burj Al Khalifa view that is out of this world -especially at Eid. There is a supermarket across the road and the area is fabulous with Dubai Mall being less than 10 mimutes away. 10/10 in every sense and we will be returning for sure. Thank you Mr Rami for your excellent customer care and courtesy.

The view from the balcony is just amazing! As you see it at the picture and even better. Imagine to wake up every morning with this view! The flat is very convenient for two people. Always hot water, spacious closet and enough hangers, kitchen where you can actually cook if you want, big fridge, comfortable bed. In the building there many lifts, so it is always easy to get to your floor. The host is very caring, sent us messages before check-in, after check-in to check if everything is ok. Also, I had a special request and it was satisfied. Very helpful! Location is so cool! It is 20-25 min walk to Burj Khalifa. Behind the building there is a supermarket Carrefour. Also, there is a nice walking route along the bay.

Excellent location near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Surrounded by grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, with great views from the 10th floor. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent, he answered all our questions very quickly and was always available.

We had an amazing stay! The breathtaking Burj Khalifa view was a highlight. The apartment was beautifully designed, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Nothing, all perfect.

We received flat on 10th floor in the building. The views were amazing. Flat was so well furnished and it was modern with high quality. Building had nice pool, gym and also sauna so we used everything. Owner was very kind and communicative. Would recommend to everybody. Whenever we come back we gonna contact the owner. Also the location was perfect close to the Burj Khalifa by walking distance.

We had a slight issue with the apartment not being what we were expecting as I thought we had the one with the Burj Khalifa view as I don’t think the advert was particularly clear. There are a number in the block. However- Rami bent over backwards to resolve this and we ended up having a few night in that apartment and moving back to the original one. I can’t fault his customer service and it was confusion on both sides.

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and in a good location. The little extra bits like the welcome home sign and how spotlessly clean it was we appreciated.

Would have been helpful to have some very basic things in the kitchen such as a small oil for cooking, dish towel to dry dishes etc… kitchen wasn’t so clean neither were the dishes. Everything else was clean.

It seemed to be just for two people even though we had booked for 3. There was no pillowcase or duvet for the sofa bed but once we messaged the host it was brought to us.

Had a very pleasant stay, this is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the charm of Burj Khalifa lights show and not only. Plus it's really affordable for the view you get. Extremely helpful staff and was able to get an earlier check-in, plus the possibility to leave the bags around after the check-out time as they have 24h reception. Overall the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights in Downtown and close to a good shop for everything you need to feel like home.

Top view, good location, no any disturbing by neighbors or stuff maintenance. Feel like at home! In the building there is a fast food restaurant and groceries, very convenient + careem app for all you need delivered at your door steps! That was all suggested by Mr. Rami, thank you so much!
