The views, size of property is big enough for a family of 6, there are enough storage space, kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is clean and the furnishings are of high quality. Ayesha is an amazing host it was an absolute pleasure. She is very accommodating, responsive and generous.

It is the most amazing place on that stretch. For someone who has been going to that coast for 26+ years this property is truly the best. Especially as it is so much value for your money. I stayed with my adult kids and their friends and the 5 of us were so comfortable in the spacious apartment. The owner / host Ayesha is delightful and makes all the difference to the stay. Not only was she excellent in communication but also extremely accommodating in allowing us an early check in and a late check out with no extra charges. The security deposit was refunded to my account even before I reached home in Dubai. The family loved it and the place exceeded our expectations. I am a forever guest whenever I go to Fujairah for a break. The owner is so hospitable and that makes a huge difference.

Just note that Yiu cannot take food and drinks from the room down to the private pool when you are a guest in the Address Residences. That was the only thing which we misunderstood and miscalculated.

First of all the kind and very nice owner of the apartment l, she was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is on the 4th floor which is the highest one and had a view on the pool and sea Sure well come back again Regarding the insurance was immediately back one the apartment was checked at the same day

Specious apartment.. well maintained very clean. It contains of 2 double bed bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom plus maid room each with attached bathrooms. I loved the host of the property as she is the owner she kept following up before and after the check in and check out. It’s hotel apartment contains fully occupied kitchen plus you can order dine in from the hotel restaurant.

Nothing … except the location is a-bit far from the city if you looking for activities you need to drive about 40 to 50 mins to reach inside of Fujairah the hotel is exceptional if you are searching for relaxing spot.

It is comfortable, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location! Spotlessly clean, perfect for our family group of 6. Very close to the pool, beach , bar and restaurant. Recommend highly and I intend upon returning!

I was afraid of deposit thing but the owner herself was so humble and kind. They refund the deposit after some hours of leaving apartment.

Absolutely wonderful location! Nice facilities, friendly staff, the cleaning guy was really helpful, answered all the questions we had. The host is very nice and careful, and she is always in touch and helps. Hopefully, we will be back soon.

The location was amazing - very close to the pool and beach and restaurant. View from the room was beautiful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the perfect size for our family.

A few things were not working such as the shattaf and rain shower in the master bathroom, and the host asked for a surprise AED 1000 deposit, which was fine and returned immediately but I wish I had known about it when booking the property. There was also some miscommunication with the host about the checkout which was unfortunate.
