The kitchen area was not very clean. Unfortunately, the oven and stove are covered in oil. A detailed cleaning is required. only 2 coffee capsules were left. There could have been more for a few days' stay.

The view of the room was very beautiful. The room had almost everything that could be needed. The sheets were clean. Access to the room was easy. There are all amenities such as markets and cafes in the area where the house is located. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the metro station.

Honestly, one of the best places I spent my travel trip - everything was available in the studio and more than cleaning or personal care tools and without any disturbance - the view from the room was wonderful with its view - I think that in the winter days it would be very wonderful to sit on the outside terrace with the wonderful view - honestly, I recommend it a lot

The only thing, which could make the apartment even more perfect, would be a dishwasher, but that's a minor issue.

Safe and comfortable apartment in the JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers) area. There are two keys to lock and unlock the apartment door. Moreover, there is an access card to the small gym in the same tower as well as another access card to the underground parking. The queen sized bed was very comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep every time. The air conditioning system did a very good job of cooling the studio down, which is of paramount importance in Dubai, at least for me. At the ground level there was a small supermarket, which was open 24/7 at the time of this review. The extremely friendly, helpful and polite owner Ivana responded to every question I had in a very short amount of time and always had a solution. I would definitely return, if I had to stay in the same area in Dubai again.

Beautiful studio the finish and comfort are 10 out of 10. The bed is so comfortable and the facilities excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The host so very attentive. There is a convenient store on the GF which. Is great. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants in JLT.

The apartment was modern, clean and the bed was super comfy. The balcony overlooks the lake in JLT, so it’s great to sit out in the morning and have a coffee. The host was excellent at communicating, always on hand to answer questions both before and during our stay. We really loved it here and would highly recommend.

Great location Exceptional Host! The studio was so good and catered to my needs that i want to gatekeep lol but no seriously a great stay a 24hr store in building local to metro and marina and palm as i had family and friends stay in those places so is was a good location for such things, great pool on roof couldnt ask for more will stay in future! I recommend this property to everyone as it enjoys an excellent location very close to the metro to be able to reach every place and close to the sea and various clubs. Furthermore, Ivana was always super friendly and helpful. The appartment is located in the JLT complex, having everything around you need. Metrostation “Sobha Realty” + Tramstation “Dubai Marina” in walking distance or 12dhs taxi ride. The pool on the roof is the icing on the cake. Ivana our host, was one of the best welcoming and thoughtful hosts we could imagine. From arrival til departure she cares about you and makes sure you have all you need. Comfortable and good equipped appartment.
