Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PeruThe apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. It had amenities that were very useful during our stay. The common areas such as the pool were enjoyable and the personnel was very kind to us. Our hostess made sure to answer all of our questions in time and we felt very welcomed since the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment.

United Arab EmiratesIf you don't like heights then do not venture onto the balcony this apartment is on 8th floor. But nothing to complain about.
Location perfect for etihad park arena. Studio room has everything you need for a great stay. Coffee shop and supermarket just around corner. Comfy bed and good views. Close to airport so a bit noisy with aircraft but it did not spoil the stay. Allocated parking was a bonus. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

United KingdomReally nothing could have been improved, the whole apartment was so user-friendly. Please note that for foreign visitors who are not used to the idea of a "Studio" apartment, if you are a light sleeper, the fridge is quite loud (not unusually loud, but you know, we are not used to sleeping in a room with a fridge). Also for visitors, please bear in mind that Yas Island is about 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi city itself. So if you are looking to be in Abu Dhabi centre (ADGM, Maryah Island etc), this could still be suitable, but in rush hour you could expect to spend 45 mins in traffic.
The location was absolutely brilliant. Although we live in Dubai, I was not familiar with this complex on Yas Island, and it was such a revelation. The complex has a Kid's Club, lots of playground, wonderful swimming pools, so there was so much to do. The Studio was spacious and extremely comfortable, we were able to cook, eat, sleep, find clean beach towels, the air-conditioning was great. Everything was perfect. It was also right by the Sea World and other attractions, as promised, and had a dedicated parking spot right by the house. Also, there is a Carrefour Supermarket within the complex walking distance. We had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

KuwaitThe location say it all! It is in the middle of Yas Island and it has an easy access to groceries, barbershop and some cafe's. The studio has a nice vibe and it is equipped with cleaning supplies, has a stove, laundry necessities, and a balcony that is exactly what is needed at the end of the day (if it's not too humid). It's the perfect stay for couples or solo travelers.
