If I’m being picky, then a few more plates and cutlery would be better so that you could use the dishwasher

Ahmed was fantastic from the moment we booked speaking with me on WhatsApp When we arrived in Dubai, who was blown away by the size of the apartment and the incredible location on Shoreline the palm Ahmed was on hand for any questions throughout our stay with some great recommendations I thoroughly recommend this apartment

Excellent property. Good location for aquaventure / lost chambers and relaxing on palm jumeirah . Host very friendly and responsive . Good main master bedroom ....second bedroom ( 2 x singles).and another single room with en suite facilities . Use of beach club across the road had beach / pool and eating facilities included in the rental cost .only negative which was resolved by the host was the back of glassware / cooking tray ( barely enough cutlery for 5 guests)

After spending hours upon hours comparing hotel rooms big enough to accommodate a family of 4, in decent locations for our trip to Dubai I came across this absolute gem of an apartment. Plenty of space. Location was spot on, facilities and amenities were great. Order anything you need via apps and it's literally at your front door within half hour at very reasonable prices. Mr Ahmed was a perfect host and I would not hesitate to rebook next time we travel to Dubai. I would recommend highly if you want to save yourself time scrolling through the countless options you come across in visiting Dubai.

Fab location near to our relatives. Easy to get to. Great views across the park and both up and down the Palm. The host was very communicative and was available pretty much instantly, regardless of the time of day! He was very knowledgeable about where to go and we enjoyed our chats with him during the handovers. The balcony was large and the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

I would 10000% recommend this apartment/host to my friends and family, and we would gladly stay there again next time I am in Dubai. The apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my 3 friends. It’s massive with plenty of space, three bedrooms and ample bathrooms too. The layout and 2 balconies made the place really sociable. It had all the amenities we could possibly want and was absolutely spotless. We even had some snacks provided which was a welcome treat after a long flight. It felt safe as there was 24/7 security as you enter. The location was brilliant and so close to many of the main beaches/restaurants/landmarks/malls etc- taxis were always passing by so it’s extremely accessible, yet feels quiet and peaceful (or the monorail is 2 mins away if you fancy it). The pool and beach is just a 1 min walk across the road with lovely views of the Burj Al Arab, it had a nice exclusive feel to it. The host was fantastic, he always replied to our messages within minutes and was really kind- he even facilitated an early check in for my friend that landed earlier. He was nothing but helpful and made our experience seemless. Excellent value for money overall, and we couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to spend the week in!

Ahmed is a great and friendly host. We arrived early morning in Dubai. Ahmed made an early checking possible which was a great outcome after a long flight with small children. Great and spacious place, close to the beach and easy to get in to the city with taxi or car.

The mattresses were fine neither soft nor hard.. but usually I prefer the more firm type personaly

The owner was super cooperative and friendly..he was also kind to give us late check out free of charge The location was to our liking, both golden mile and beach club were within a walking distance the apartment was clean and tidy, cosy and nicely furnished .. Also toiletries and other stuff like dishes and laundry detergents The price is excellent
