The room was big, clean with a good view. The location was close enough to the city with lots of treatments nearby like restaurants,malls and markets.

Access to the beach is too far to walk. And you cannot get to the lagoon beaches due to the private properties fencing it off. Washing machine was not properly connected Some minor maintenance issues

The unit is well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Balcony view was great and within walking distance to Street food market and small restaurants along the channel per apartment block

Loved this 1-bedroom apartment in RAK! The location in Mina Al Arab is perfect with stunning lagoon and sea views from all rooms with a large balcony with a dining table. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-furnished with a comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. The building is new with a nice pool, functional gym, and free covered parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

this place is only good for a max of 2-3 nights as there is not cleaning , changing of towels or bed sheets during your stay. So if you stay for long it will be probably a very messy stay.

We came after 10:30 pm and requested late check out but they didn’t accept stating that someone booked it. However in the same time they ask if u will extend your stay. No flexibility or help from thier side just calling and messaging to get us out.

No bedsofa, despite what the ad is saying. Didn't get proper bed linens for the foldable bed they eventually brought.

The mattress is smaller then the bed. There is no coffee machine. The furniture is old and some was broken and there is no any furniture on the balcony.

The location of the apartment is great, just 10 minutes from the beach by walk. The view is beautiful. The apartment is big and comfortable. The swimming pool is good with warm water. There is food fair just 10 minutes walk from the building where you can choose different tastes.

During the seven nights they never changed the bed linen and there was no spare linen. Also, there was no restaurant in the hotel.

the drain in the shower was really slow with draining the water while showering. I would have loved to have the cleaning be done however they don't provide cleaning services

I love the location and the view is exceptional. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious, and the decor and interior design is minimalistic but was our vibe. The facilities in the building are amazing the pool is amazing and big enough to play games in.

We pay for two extra bed , we fond two very light mattress which no body can sleep in, about that we leave in same day 10 minutes walk to beach, on beach no service at all, they have service just for who stay in hotel you must take everything by your hand.

The delay in check in. The original check in time is at 3 pm. We requested early check in at 1 pm through booking.com and our request was ignored without a clear response. On arrival, at 3 pm the apartment was not ready for check in as they told us that previous guests have not left the apartment yet.

It is appartment for 2. Kids had to sleep on unfomfortable couches. As well one small minus is that there is a walk to public beach 10mins , and you are not allowed to nearby villas beach which are always empty.

We provided the no. of guests but only 2 towels were available. For the price charged, it would be nice to leave some small sachet of shampoo/conditioner and soap for guests, which isn’t expensive.

Very minor issue of wifi/internet losing signal sometimes but not a big deal, it works most of the time.
