Sometimes the smell in the room if ac doesn’t work

They settled us to a room with 2 small beds first. We were 3 of us. Two normal shaped adults can not sleep together on that 1 bed because it is too small. So we called to the reception and were reassigned to another room with king bed and sofa. Why it was not been done when we checking in without waisting our time on calling, moving and so on later? On the day of checking out they called 3 times before check out time to tell that we must move out immediately. Once again - it was BEFORE check out time.THREE times. I have never seen something like this before in any other hotel.

If I could mention one point for improvement, it would be the bathroom. The shower is located inside a bathtub, which has quite a high edge and a wide rim, making it a little less comfortable to step in and out. Since most guests probably use the shower more often than the bathtub, this felt a bit less convenient. The bathroom itself was also on the smaller side compared to the rest of the room. That being said, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent, and I still consider it a top hotel that I would gladly recommend.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with multiple pools, a stunning beach, a wide choice of restaurants offering different cuisines, and an extensive breakfast. Everything you could wish for in a resort. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with plenty of quiet corners where you could relax. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a lovely view of the pools and a terrace that was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of Dubai Marina, where we enjoyed beautiful evening walks. In short: an amazing experience, excellent restaurants, and a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended!

Cover food from flies! The shower door does not close fully allowing water to escape out.

It was clean and always had continuous people cleaning around . It smelled good and refreshing to walk around the hotel. Beautiful decor and pleasant staff members always greeting visitors with a warm smile. Breakfast was the main highlight excellent range of cuisine brilliant waiters especially Smauel. My only comment is to cover food from flies. Also I would like to greatly thank all these amazing members of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable- because of their hospitality we have decided to return again and stay at the Meridian Royal-: 1- Hritik Patel (superb man) ***** 2- Neceen K 3- Subash C 4- Angelica 5- Abhishek K

Not a lot. Maybe more frequent shuttle to the mall.

The breakfast had a very large variety of food. Loved that the main pool was deep. Quality of food for room service was excellent. Staff were top notch.

Property facilities were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. The pool staff were more than helpful, supplying us with an ice bucket for our water, cool face towels and attentive service.

A slight increase in the volume of the music at the pool bars would enhance the atmosphere.

This was my sixth stay at this fantastic resort, and once again, everything was exceptional! The attention to detail is truly impressive—they think of everything, even the little things you wouldn’t expect. The service is flawless, always focused on comfort and convenience. Even if you forget something at home, they’re ready to provide it on the spot!

The view from our room was pretty non-existent. But, considering we had a VERY early check-in, this was a reasonable trade-off. Traffic in the area can get pretty epic at times.

Excellent resort, with multiple restaurants, three pools and a vast beach area. Everything was top notch, particularly the friendliness of the staff. Amazing breakfast. Amenities at the beach (regularly offering you cool treats). Spacious and well appointed room. Always busy, but never overcrowded.

The service in the Royal Tower Lounge was average. At breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour, these events are supposed to be 'special' and they fell short of expectation!

The 'setting' of the hotel with the gardens, pools and the beach is superb.
