Family sized room was large, with two bathroom facilities and its own washer / dryer which was very useful. Staff are exceptional, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Pools / beach area were clean and large, with plenty of sun loungers.

The lifts were a pain as 2 were out of service periodically which resulted in long waits for the lifts, particularly at breakfast time

Everything was very clean and modern, the sea was beautiful the rooms were immaculate, the view was stunning from our hotel room, beautifully architecture, food was amazing a huge selection . The pools were beautiful, Thr staff were so friendly and helpful . We all had a great time and will be going back .

The only aspect that disappointed us slightly was the breakfast. For us, it’s usually one of the highlights of a holiday, but here it turned out to be a rather stressful moment due to the large crowd. It would be great to increase the live cooking stations, for example, adding more griddles for pancakes and extra staff for omelette preparation, to make the service smoother. We would also mention that, a few minutes before the official check-out time, our room keys were deactivated, which meant we had to return to the desk to have them reactivated, a small inconvenience that could be avoided.

We spent three wonderful nights at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic in every way. The location is perfect: it’s close to the Corniche, making it easy to visit the city’s main attractions and conveniently reach those further away as well. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. A special mention goes to Rolly from the concierge/bell desk, who assisted us impeccably with restaurant bookings, recommended an excellent car rental service we were very happy with, and provided precise and useful information about every aspect of the city. Mark also deserves recognition for his availability and courtesy. The private beach is very well maintained, the swimming pool is always clean and well monitored, the hotel is kept tidy and welcoming, and the food offers a good variety of freshly prepared dishes. On my husband’s birthday, the chef prepared a delicious, freshly made cake with a “Happy Birthday” greeting — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that made our stay even more special.
