We had a truly unforgettable stay while celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. To our surprise and delight, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. As an added touch, we were welcomed with a complimentary fruit and sweets platter, which was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. It’s the little gestures like this that show the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Every detail—from the warm hospitality to the immaculate room and personalized service—made us feel genuinely cared for. We noticed flies in the glass clouch, at the café. The French cooking class was very expensive. The fragrance in the hotel, was too strong... True luxury never shouts, it whispers.

Mukhabeet from reception outstandind! The breakfast was very good, with great variety and high quality food. Staff were very attentive, and consistently anticipating our needs Room was furnished with great quality linen, even though there was no pillow menu, it was a very good quality pillow. Bathrooms had marble floors and walls. Overall, very good experience!

The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was always fresh. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

From the time we arrived, we were so looked after. The hotel has the best location, directly connected to the mall. The breakfast at the restaurant is so delicious. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We had the best time.

Exceptional hotel. Of all our travels, we believe this hotel is one of the best in the world. The staff and service are world-class. Attention and smiles during all interactions with the staff. The room amenities are very modern. The pool, with its sublime view of the city, is truly incredible, as is the staff on site. The gourmet restaurant is fantastic. The menu is very varied, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation of the dishes is exceptional. We would like to give a special shout-out to Hanna, who accompanied us during all our evening meals, with particular attention and sensational sensitivity. We will remember our interactions forever. Well done to the whole team, we will definitely be back if we return to Dubai.

The hotel seems a little old, the bathroom was stained and a little worn out. Also our sink was leaking. For the price I expected a little more.

Beautiful hotel with a great location in downtown, it’s connected to Dubai Mall. The staff was very friendly and they left us a handwritten note on the bed during our short stay. Excellent customer service overall.
