United Arab EmiratesI was a bit disappointed that the corridor outside our hotel room was quite warm, which made coming and going less comfortable. Additionally, we had requested connecting rooms for our stay but unfortunately didn’t get them. However, we did appreciate that the hotel managed to place us on the same floor with only three rooms between us, which helped make the situation more manageable
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to assist, which made us feel very welcome. We loved the food, the pool, and the beautiful beach — everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making our son’s birthday extra special. They surprised him with a small cake and even took the time to sing him a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the effort — it meant a lot to us. Thank you again to all the staff for their warm hospitality and for helping create such lovely memories for our family.

Nice property and the first floor where we stayed was recently renovated with all smart hotel features which was cool. Infinity pool, beach, bowling and spa facilities were great as well. Staff is well trained and very courteous.
