The best apartment, facilities and host. I enjoyed the clean apartment, massage chair, beach and kayak and the chat with the host. A really hospitable and friendly person and I really look forward to staying here again.

We found the apartment extremely clean, comfortable and convenient for just one night close to the Abu Dhabi airport. We walked just a few minutes to a Carrefour supermarket. The person at reception (24 hours) was friendly and helpful. She arranged a taxi to Yas mall and the airport. Taxis are very affordable and always available. The owner of the apartment gave very clear instructions and was quick to communicate with us. It's a bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the apartment where the owner lives. We had access to the kitchen, living room and balcony.

Little bit far from the city, but perfect for a layover in Abu Dhabi, next to Airport and buses

It was perfect, Mr Nasser is very helpful person and very kind Machallah. For sure i will come again inchallah. The residence is so big, you have lot of pools, a private beach and much restaurants and cafés. The bus stop is just in the front of the main door

When I was already packing in the livingroom to check out, someone opened the door of a room of the apartement, and then a lady came out from there. I was shocked and terrified. Then I found out she was the cleaning lady waiting me leaving the place. I told it to the owner that it was an unpleasat experience, but then the only thing he answered was a screenshot of this accomodation which shows that this is not a private flat, but a private room. It is better to discuss it with the owner if you have to be prepared that someone else can appear in the living room and kitchen to avoid shocks and misunderstandings.

The accomodation is located in an amazing residential area with wonderful facilities such as private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, several pools and gyms that you can use even after you check out from the room. This made my holiday very good. The place has an amazing balcony with a view to the sea. It is 10 minutes away from the airport. The self-check in makes it easy to get to the flat at anytime.

The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! The host contacted me proactively with clear instructions and was very fast at answering my questions. The view from the balcony is stunning and the whole apartment was super clean. The facilities, including private beach, pool, and restaurants/cafes next door, were wonderful.

It was close to the airport. Perfect place to stay. 13 hour stopover and we managed a good meal,good sleep and nice shower. Easy taxi from the airport.

I loved the place. Very clean. You get everywhere very fast and the beach is in front of the building. The owners room is next to the booking.com room but you wont even mention and he will only make you as much comfortable in your stay in abu dahbi as posible. Would 100% recommend and come back.

The unit is facing the sea view, their terrace is perfect for your coffee time. It is properly maintained and cleaned. You can cooked if you like, few restaurant near beach. It is private property be sure to bring with you the access card which the owner provided. Swimming pool and the beach really perfect especially if you bring your kids.

In my option this landlord is not motivated by money, rather by providing an exceptionally good service, and in my case he definitely succeeded. My stay was far beyond expectations and every possible requirement was fully catered for, I especially enjoyed the massage chair!
