During summers, there should be an indoor space to smoke shisha which was only available outdoors.

Very new and clean Hotel with extremely good food both during breakfast as well as the Dinner Buffet. The Kids area was very good as well. The Rooms and Washroom size is very good too. Overall a very good family vacation Property.

My stay at Jumeirah was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The whole place was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The beach was amazing, with clear water, soft sand, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and fast, and every request was handled with a smile. Breakfast was tasty and had many fresh and varied options. On my husband’s birthday, the hotel prepared a cake, drinks, and decorated the room beautifully, which was a lovely surprise. I had a great time and felt well taken care of during my stay. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to everyone looking for a special experience.

The family pool was really small. It is disproportionate to the hotel size. It was literally full of kids. We couldn't swim. The check in was really slow. It took us 1 hr to do it.

The beach was so clean and quiet, rooms were absolutely amazing and spotless. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a very nice set up in the room for our anniversary. It was perfect.

That you could hear the corridor it was a bit noisy not too much but i expected it to be more quieter.

It was fascinating with wonderful pool and beach and an amazing gym the room was very clean and the staff were amazing.

The only drawback was that the bathroom door seal needs improvement, a lot of water leaked out during showers. Additionally the spa lockers were difficult to use. Both my husband and I couldn’t open ours and needed assistance from security, which also affected a few other guests.

This was an incredibly stunning experience. The service was outstanding and the staff were the highlight of this hotel. Every employee greeted guests proactively and with great enthusiasm at all times. Their problem-solving speed and capability were impressive c responding promptly when needed. Special thanks to a Yogi from White Restaurant for his attentive service and top-notch food. He even gifted my daughter a beautiful farewell gift. The facilities are all well maintained. Especially the pool loungers were comfortable and clean.

The overall vibe a little too quiet.

What I loved most was the peaceful luxury, the beach was unreal, the vibes were calm and everything from the service to the setting felt like a beautiful, serene escape.

The service was absolutely exceptional! They were so accommodating for my children, went above and beyond. The hotel overall was gorgeous and lovely facilities. Anything we asked for was provided and there were such lovely touches! We stayed by the family pool each day and my child used the kids club, too! We couldn’t fault anything! Huge thank you to Sabik who served us each meal in White, Yasmin at the poolside, Astrid at the kids club and all the other staff who made our stay so special!

I had an incident but the manager in charge dealt with it very well. Maybe what require some trainings is the technician who visited me to fix my issue, seems not trained to deal with guests.

The beach, the staff, I also got a complimentary upgrade which was incredible.

The hotel was excellent, with a beautifully relaxing pool and beach. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and very friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Its convenient location near the city center made everything easily accessible.

The only small thing is the valet guys are a bit clueless I arrived no one opened the car got my luggage etc until I had to explicitly ask them
