The pool and beach close at 6:30 pm, which limits evening options for families. After that, the only entertainment is going to the restaurants, which are very expensive. It would be better if more activities were available in the evenings to cater to families.

Good selection of restaurants for our half board option. We paid a little extra for the Peacock lounge facility. The staff member (Yohan) was very helpful. They offer coffee and soft drinks with a small selection of snacks. There isn't a cocktail hour or evening canapés however and breakfast is served in the main hotel restaurant.

The rooms were so loud and people kept their room doors open which was really disturbing and loud. Some places in the room were not cleaned properly

When we ask for late checkout they told us we will call you back . But no one call us back. And when the time 12 pm . They call the room 2 times . 2 different staff .. like they are kicking us out..

When i reach the room floor was very wet so my son slept and heart his elbow And they acted very slow and in very cold way as the send the house keeping to clean the floor without sending anyone to handle the situation and check about my kid

Its very nice but expensive in regards to food and other activities , we had to go to ibn batoota mall to have dinner as the prices in hotels restaurant very high and we were bug family and no outside food allowed

I loved the greenery ! We were lucky enough to catch good weather. So, even when we walked to the different locations in the resort, it was very enjoyable. The variety of facilities was also very nice....We tried different restaurants. And one of the things we liked the most was that, since we were a group of adults ,it was nice to have an "Adults only" pool.

Nightlife bar hours and additional activities for adults to enjoy their stay until 4 AM.

The cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas of our room was impressive, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. The beachside and lakeside settings were particularly beautiful. Additionally, transportation was easily accessible, and riding a buggy made it convenient to reach various spots in the vicinity.

not enough options at night! we were expecting it to also be lively at night, but you had to take a buggy to the other hotels and most of the restaurants were full

the many many experiences you can have throughout the property! from the pool party, to the entertainment, to all the different F&B options, the water park, the pool bars, the different pool vibes, there's so much to do especially if you have kids with you !
